What is the Keeper?
The Keeper is a natural gum rubber cup worn internally
to hold your monthly flow. When it is full you simply remove it,
empty, rinse and re-insert. No more need to carry around tampons or pads.
How big is the Keeper?
The Keeper is 3 1/8 inches in length, including the stem (which can be trimmed).
At its widest it is 1 3/4" (size A). Its rim can be folded in half and in quarters
for insertion. The Keeper easily fits into the palm of your hand.
Why the Keeper? Tampons work great!
The question should be, why tampons? If you are like most women, your first reaction is "eeeeewww!"
a rubber cup? But how different can this be from tampons? Sizewise there is
little difference. When folded for insertion, the Keeper is
not much bigger than a large tampon. When you are out and about you do not have

The average woman's monthly flow is about 2 to 4 ounces. The Keeper can hold up to one ounce. It can be worn
