how many?

my sister hopes to have another baby. i was talking to her and with her first, she loved the fitted diapers i gave her and she hated the prefolds. so, i'm doing a cloth diaper demo at the family centre and there will be an opportunity to sell some of the dipes i'm not using.

what i need to figure out is what to set aside for sis, in case she has another baby. she'll only want my fitteds and i now have more than one baby needs.

for smalls (8-18 lbs) i have 21 green flannel diapers with no closures. she loved these. i now also have 24 white velcro flannel with rayon soaker. originally i thought they were different sizes but the green and the white are almost exactly the same dimensions so.. she obviously doesn't need all 45 diapers. how many should i keep for her?

for mediums (18-30 lbs) i have 31 white flannel with rayon soakers (velcro), 5 white flannel with unknown soaker (also velcro), and 3 white flannel (flannel soaker, snaps). again, i doubt she needs all 39.

i'll also make some larges when she needs them.

also, in case my other sister has a baby (and she might want prefolds) do you think 36 infant/standard prefolds and 24 baby/premium prefolds will do?

i also have a whole lot of super whisper wraps.. plus my one-size snap wraps (various brands). not sure how many of each size sww to set aside. i'm using the one-size wraps now but by the time either of them gets pg and has a baby, i'll be done with them.

Ditto what Clare said about the diapers. For the covers, I'd set aside maybe 6 in each size.
