So my son will be 4 in Nov. He's been wearing ME toddlerease for nights for sometime with an infant PF trifolded inside for a doubler. They are starting to get alittle tight with the doubler. Does anyone know of any kind of extenders out there for sandy's/toddlease? I don't own of snap press or would try mocking something up. I hate to buy new dipes for him at this late date and am praying that he will night train soon.

Now I have Rock'n'Roll in my head! Wink

Maybe you could just have a WAHM with a snap press make you extenders? You could also just sew a piece of terry cloth in the gasps and use them as pulll-ups if he just pees at night...

Aww, I hope he night trains soon for you. I would hate to buy a few diapers for him at this stage, but you never know when he'll stop wetting at night. Is he a really heavy wetter? Would it be crazy to suggest large flats stuffed with a toddler prefold and a hemp doubler? I know a large flat would still fit Sam, who will be 4 in December. She is 32lbs. Just a thought.

That's a thought sewing in the gaps but I think I want something a little more adjustable. Just in case he's one of those kids that still wets the bed at 7. (Lord I hope not) Though I could maybe add elastic to the side pannel as well. Sure wish I was a better seamstress. I saw some extenders on the snap ez web site but I have no idea of the snaps would be the same size or how they would work. They still fit snuggly him but sometimes he c/o of it hurting on his hips where the snaps are. I emailed MotherEase to see if they had anything like that but haven't hear back.

Boy Clare, I think I would have a hard time getting him in a large flats. I have a hard enough time getting him to hold still to get the toddlease on him. I was never very good at folding flats and pinning so I'm slow. If I try I would have to buy new flats. All mine where the long narrow size.   He's still a pretty heavy wetter but not nearly as bad as he was. He's been day trained for well over a year. I never thought we'd still be in diapers at 4.

So do you think someone on ETSY maybe??

ETA: Clare Jackson is 40 pounds. Sam must be tiny if she's only 32lbs. I can hardly pick him up anymore.

Funny. I had to check out your link. Couldn't for the life of me think what song you were talking about. Nothing like a little afternoon GnR.

Just got an email from ME!! They have extenders for $2 a pair! How great is that. For 2 bucks a pair it's not worth the trouble of me tring to sew something. Hopefully shipping won't be too much.

thanks for your help Pam

That's great! I never knew that!

You shouldn't worry about your boy. ODS has a hard time potty learning, too and a lot of people now tell me the storys of their 4/5/6yo who had a lot of accidents but grew out of it than. Tongue

And I saw GNR live from where the video link is! Big smile

Awesome to know about the extenders for the toddle-ease! I will probably need them one day, too :)

OK, I'll let you know. I haven't called them yet. I may have to email a pic to you. I've never tried to download a pic on here yet.

Just remembered I never followed up on this. It took a while to get them but they work great. I only got 3 pair and I wish I just would have broken down and got 5 for all my toddlease. For 3 extenders it was around $6 and shipping was a little over $7.

I haven't tried doing pictures on here. I do have a membership on shutterfly since my son's preschool teacher loads pictures on there for the parents. Will that work? Vansen19 if you want pics sooner you may need to message me your email address. I know I can handle emailing pics. LOL
