Think of this as the amateur sports forum. If you intend to sell, market (for example, naming a product), and bring in money with the item you are working on, you are a pro and your post belongs in the WAHM section (the pro sports forum . ) If you are making the item simply out of enjoyment and do not now or ever in the future intend to make money off of the item, not limited to the one shown, but ones like it in the future, it may be posted in the Creative Corner.

Posting business types of threads in Creative Corner is considered a violation of our forum posting policy (specifically rule #2.)

That's awesome  I was like that for the past couple of years, I never went anywhere without a knitting project!  It's worn off a little for me though.

Lol! I miss those days.  I got so many projects completed.  Now my hands hurt too much.

This is me lately.  I even was knitting in the waiting room in my psychiatrist's office.  A conversation ensued, and finally she said she'd been trying to figure out how I was the only bipolar she knew that didn't self medicate with drugs or alcohol.  Mine is knitting.

I went through a slump for a few months when I got my wheel, but it's back with a vengeance.  I just signed up for level one of the Master Hand Knitter certificate class through The Knitting Guild Association…while working on knee socks, a lace shawl, and a cardigan for myself.

Haha I love it! Knitting is what helped me get through my drama the past 2 years.
