I a doing some Amazon shopping tonight, so I know I have read about a cloth diaper safe fabric softener? Can someone tell me what it is called again?
Also, for my wool, can I just use baby shampoo or do I need to buy a special wool wash? I've read conflicting things... Thanks in advance!!! |

Ecover is the safe softener. I've only ever used Eucalan, I don't know about wool wash alternatives. Happy shopping :)

If you don't want to buy a wash specifically for wool, you could try something like Dr. Bronners Castile soap. It's safe for wool and you can use it for other things, too.

Thank you guys! One more question, the Ecover and Eucalan I'm finding on Amazon are all scented. Is that ok? (I would love to have sweet smelling diapers but don't want to cause any problems!)

I get and use the Lavendar-scented Eucalan. I love its scent.

I use the pink Ecover. Love the scent! I don't use it on dipes much, and never on pockets. I use it regularly on clothes, though.
