anyone here know of good ones? healthy ones? or know of anything that's similar to shakes? my friend sells some but i can't justify 120.00!

I suggest that you get some Bob's Red Mill 100% Whey protein powder and make your own. It is high quality protein, reasonably cheap and you can make your own flavors using frozen fruit, dried fruit, cocoa, and other goodies.
