Hi... I'm a new mom to 9 week-old Katie Mae. Our family is just getting started in the world of cloth diapering. A friend has lent me a variety of CD styles to try before we jump in whole-hog. I'm looking forward to attending a cloth diapering class this Saturday to round out my basic education. So far, these forums have been extremely insightful. Thanks everyone for contributing info for us rookies!

Thanks everyone! I just changed my first CD... a fitted with a PUL cover over the top (hello - am I even doing this right?!) Was surprised to find the fitted diaper completely damp, but the cover (with double leg gussets - something I hear is a MUST to keeping in poo, etc). Here's the learning moment of the day - am I putting these fitted on right (front to back)? I could really use a photo-by-photo display poster for every type I'm trying. :) So far, so good!
