Tried it the first time today! It was really gaggy and disgusting for the first couple minutes and then got a bit better. I could only do it for 12 minutes though, I thought I was gonna throw up by then, does it get better??? The oil did turn white though and then I rinsed with salt water. Can you experienced oil pullers tell me more about it? What are the supposed benefits? Could it help with acne or bad breath? Thanks!

Looking forward to hearing more about this. I'd love a link to quick directions. I ended up reading through some more long-winded sites.

i've been wondering about this too. some people claim you only need to do 2.5 minutes, which seems a lot more reasonable to me.

I was just reading about this the other day and I've trid it a handful of times. It is pretty gross. I only do it for like 5 minutes. I can't imagine 12 or more, ick!

I gave it a try a while back but my mouth got very sore so I stopped. I read the 2.5 minute thing as well. That seems more realistic to me. I don't think my toddler would like if I couldn't talk to him foor 20 minutes first thing in the morning.
I'm going to give it another go in the next couple of days/

I had never heard it so I googled it. I can't quite figure out what it is supposed to do, but then again I didn't read for long.
