Prefold Basics - Bikini Twist

The bikini twist is a versatile prefold fold.  It is possibly the 
simplest fold to master and is very forgiving as the “fold” won’t come 
undone during the change if you’re dealing with a wiggly baby.  It does 
have a shortcoming – it is not very good at containing very loose stools
 (like a EBF baby would have).   Your cover will almost definitely need 
changing.
