   P'investigators (moderators) must be Diaper Pin members for a minimum of 18 months. They must be active posters in many forums for a sustained period of time. A history is pulled on each candidate and reviewed - How does this person react under pressure and how do they contribute to the community are some of the questions that we ask.       

P'investigators have moderated for a least a year before becoming P'inspectors.
