I ordered three different packages from three different sites. Gogonatural was by far my favorite. Not only was the customer service excellent but she had everything that I needed (inserts & the blue & brown dot fuzzibunz)... I was blown away when I got the package many days earlier than expected (and a week before all of the others) I would highly recomend ordering from this site! Thank you for the excellent service!

I had a really good experience with Go Go Natural. I was totally new to cloth diapering, and Meredith did a good job explaining the different types of cloth diapers on the market. I was able to pick up the diapers I wanted at a time convenient for me.

I gave a 3 because the customer service was okay. When I had a question about my order it was answered quickly. Here is my problem I ordered my diapers and they were not shipped until 4 days later. My shipping was upgraded to priority for free, which it should have been because shipping out was delayed in the first place. When I received my diapers on the order form, it had two of my diapers on back order, which I was not notified of when I placed the order. I was just starting out with cloth diapering so I needed all my diapers at once. I referred a friend to them before all of this happened and the same exact thing happened to her as well. If you have weeks to wait for your diapers then it wouldn't be a problem to order from them, but I will never again.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Go Go Natural and Meredith. Fuzzi Bunz discountinued a color I wanted and she went out of her way to make sure I received another color I wanted immmediately! Excellent customer service and great deals!!!

I'm on my 3rd baby in cloth and this is the first time I've been motivated enough to post a review on this site. Gogo Natural's customer service is top notch. I received my diapers lightening fast; everything was perfect AND all for an excellent price. I'll definately be shopping here again!

Meredith runs an AMAZING business! Not only does she sell great products and have attentive customer service, but she will spend TONS of time answering any and all questions I have about cloth diapering. There are also lots of sales, which definitely helps. I highly recommend Go Go Natural!!!

I go out of my way to purchase from GoGo Natural. Meredith is so helpful and has always answered my questions. I've always received my orders sooner than I expected. If she doesn't have something I want in stock, I email her and she lets me know when she expects to have it back in. Plus, I love that I'm buying from a local mom.

Meredith provides great customer service. It's always nice to deal with another mom concerning your little ones. We ran into some uncontrollable problems with delivery and she was very professional and super nice in response. She also helped to get me a pattern that I wanted when she didn't have in stock. She also has a really great selection of lots of different types of item

Great customer service. Meredith go beyond customer expectation. Ordered nursing cover from her twice. Just had a little inconvenience on my 2nd time order as the item sent was the wrong one, however, she managed to resolved it and sent the right one at no extra cost. Plus, nothing can bit that FREE shipping overseas (New Zealand) which was a great bonus. Without any doubt, I will definitely come back and recommend her. Keep it up. A+++

I've had several orders and each time I've had super fast shipping! Any time I have questions I typically get a response within a few hours if not quicker! If she doesn't have the color or style of something on her website just ask and she can probably get it for you! This site has a great selection and great prices!

Ordered from gogonatural.com because they sell the cloth diapers I use and found to have the best price. Shipped in a timely manner. One item was to be shipped later and received that when told it would arrive. Received response from Meredith faster than I expected when I emailed an inquiry. Great selection all around. Will definately be ordering from them again very soon!

I was happy to find the 2 patterns of Rumparooz with snaps that I had been looking for PLUS there was a discount code on retailmenot!!! It is hard to find a discount code for most of the online CD stores. The one item she did not have in stock did not delay the rest of my order which was shipped very quickly. I received the missing item a bit later than I expected, but she had been waiting on a shipment herself and it arrived within days of the item being restocked in her store. Overall a great experience - will buy from again!

Meredith has the lowest price for RLR that I found online. Ordered on a Friday and received confirmation on Sunday that my order shipped (and upgraded to Priority Mail no charge). Love the selection, great service, quick shipping! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Ordered diapers on a Wednesday, got a shipping notice from Pay Pal Sunday. When I received the package a few of the diapers we listed as a ""presale"" on the invoice despite my belief I was ordering in stock items. So either the shipping was slow, or diapers weren't there. Either way I would have liked better communication. Diapers and packaging were great.

I was googling for cloth diapers and I came upon gogonatural.com. I was able to meet with Meredithto discuss the best diapering options out there and se gave me the lowdown on all the diapers. I decided to go with the gro baby diapers because they combined everything I wanted. Meredith was very knowledgeble and even explained that I would need to use either fitteds or prefolds for the first part of my sons diapering because the one size do not fit as small. I would go to meredith again in a heartbeat and I love that I can do local pick up!

I love ordering from GoGo Natural. Meredith provides excellent, honest, friendly customer service and I always receive my packages very quickly. The first time I ordered from her there was a cart error at checkout that I never would have noticed. Meredith caught the error, brought it to my attention, and corrected it the same day. I will continue to order all my diapers from her!

poor response time. poor delivery time. extremely poor customer service. i placed an order and it was only processed 4 days later. i paid extra for 1-2 day Prioirty Mail Shipping and was told that my item would arrive in 2-3 days on top of the already delayed 4 day late processing. will never buy from this ""company"" again. aloha.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Customer service is our hallmark, as you can see from our near perfect scoring from other reviewers. Records show this was an after hours, Friday night order, and because our shipping department is off weekends to be with family, a Monday processing and Tuesday ship is within spec. Transit time after that is dictated by the USPS, in this case 2-3 days for priority mail http://www.usps.com/shipping/prioritymail.htm. I met Meredith (my name is also Meredith) 1 1/2 years ago when we were both working at a baby products event and were promoting our respective businesses. I was then pregnant with my 3rd daughter and was almost convinced to ""GoGo Natural"" with baby #3. Well, I now am finally doing it. I was able to get some trainers for my older daughter who still is a pull-up user overnight and am getting my 1 year old converted to her diapers. Meredith was nothing but helpful and full of information as she has ""held my hand"" through this. I do not have any close friends who do this so I really feel I am a new pioneer in my circle. I stumbled upon GoGoNatural when looking for an impossible to find solarveil sling and it was a pleasure to order from them! They had not only the sling I was looking for (at a GREAT price, I might add) but several other items including the BG 3.0 OS in the new colors, an adorable wetbag, stuffins, and cloth swim diapers for my little guy, all of which I had been looking for elsewhere! I was excited that I would only have to pay shipping once and deal with one company but was even more surprised to be notified that my order qualified for free shipping! It was sent USPS priority mail and, though they had trashed the box in transit, everything arrived in perfect condition! It even arrived in less than a week (to Hawaii, this can be difficult!) The icing on the cake was the handwritten ""Thank you"" from Meredith on the packing slip. I will most certainly be a repeat customer!

I was referred to GoGo Natural by a friend when I began thinking about using cloth diapers. The whole idea was a bit scary as I had never used them before and it seemed there were hundreds to choose from! When I called Meredith she was happy to answer my many questions over the phone and also invited me to meet with her so she could show me all the products and how they worked. She was honest in her descriptions of the products and helped me to feel confident with my final purchase. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy certain items. I was happy with the items I received from Go Go Naturals and the customer service was good; my concern about the shipping of my item was addressed quickly and I was reassured that my items were on their way. However, I did not receive my package until 16 calendar days after I had ordered and there were no holidays in that time frame. I was surprised that the shipping time was so long since it does not state on the website that items are shipped via parcel post rather than priority but I was pleased that my diaper was worth waiting for.
