Thanks to Monique for all her help in finding the right product - I now know my options and what to consider when purchasing for my little one :) She is very knowledgable and helpful - customer service was above and beyond !!!!A+++

I can't say enough about the service I got at A Mother's Touch. Monique rocks! She takes the time to explain things to you and goes over and above the call of duty. I started by signing up for the diaper trial program with her and she gave me so many types of diapers to try. The whole time she was on hand to help me sort through any issues and didn't make me feel rushed when my trial period was ending. She even encouraged me to go over the time allotment just so that I could be sure of the options I picked. She wasn't pushing for the final sale. She just wanted to make sure that at the end of the day, I left with the diapers that would work for me and my daughter. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend A Mother's Touch. :)

I cannot say enough about Monique and Mark at A Mother's Touch. From my first phone call Monique was extremely friendly and helpful. I have since made several purchases from A Mother's Touch and I am very happy with each transaction. When I called Monique about a defective diaper, she contacted the company and Mark actually drove the replacement diapers to my house!! Talk about service! Monique has worked very hard to ensure I am happy with my diapers and diaper products. She has given me diapers to borrow and use to make sure I like them before making a major purchase and has given me various samples of creams and soaps for diapers. I really appreciate all Monique and Mark have done to make sure I am happy with my purchases. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to buy all my baby and diaper related products from A Mother's Touch.

I ordered my first order of cloth diaper ""stuff"" from A Mother's Touch when I was expecting my daughter this past winter - the order arrived quickly and was correct. I was happy with the prices and service I recieved from this company and would recommend them to my friends!
