This is my first time buying cloth diapers and the experience was great. I ordered on Thursday night, Karen sent it out on Friday and I received my order on Monday. In my opinion, that is pretty fast service. I sent a couple of emails to Karen and she was very helpful and quick to reply. I will be ordering from Natural Bums again!

Wow! Within an hour of placing my order, I had a note from Karen letting me know she'd received it and asking where I'd found NB. Not three hours after I submitted my order, I had a UPS confirmation in my email inbox. I received my order today in great shape, the covers are clean and so pretty, and there's a full page of washing instructions! What fantastic customer service! I will definitely order again.

Karen was awesome! I am new to cd and had a ton of questions. She assisted me beyond what is normal. She also gave me pointers and exchanged my wraps very quickly. I had ordered a small, but my baby boy is a big guy so once i saw them I knew they would not fit. Definitely will do business with her again.

Karen was really great! She was really responsive to emails and questions (I'm a new CD convert - just starting for the first time with my 8-month-old, so I have LOTS of questions). She was really helpful and, even better, I received my order really fast! I placed my order one afternoon/evening and it was shipped the next day... arrive only 2 days later (I'm in CA and she's in WI)! I would definitely buy from her again... Also, just a side note, she was one of the ONLY places I could find Jolly Bums wipes (which she might not carry much longer) and but she's now making her own velour/velour wipes so these might be an option for those moms looking to find similar wipes.
