Another excellent review among many. I received a diaper with a broken snap and emailed Michele. Within minutes, she had responded to me and contacted the manufacturer. My diaper was replaced in a timely manner and Michele promptly sent follow-up emails to make sure my concerns were being properly addressed. I highly recommend her site and will undoubtedly shop there in the future!

When it comes to Fuzzi Bunz, I will buy from NO ONE else. Michele is hands down the BEST customer service provider I have ever done business with - large or small business. I have ordered from Michele several times. When I had a manufacturing issue with a diaper, she helped me resolve it immediately and to my great satisfaction. Every order I have placed with Michele has arrived in no more than 2 business days, but often in 1 business day. Seriously, Michele can't be beat. Further, she is the only diaper vendor I have come across to offer sales on CDs.
Lastly, I have seen many posts on message boards about Michele and her great customer service. So it's not just me who loves her!!!

I have ordered from Everyday Diapers several times and will continue to do so. My orders are processed and received very quickly. Michele is very helpful and will work with you to get what you need. She also spent a lot of time with me reviewing the different options for cloth diapering before I switched. She has a nice variety of diapers to meet different needs and preferences. She also has a great selection of wipes, wet bags, and many other wonderful baby products such as baby carriers, adorable outfits, gifts and more. I highly recommend Everyday Diapers!

Michele has been wonderful to deal with. I met her at a local event when I was pregnant, and she was very helpful in deciding what types of cloth diapers to try. I have since placed 2 orders on her website and have been extremely impressed. The first time, Michele called me to clarify something on my order, and I received the diapers within 2 business days. I was amazed! When I went to place my second order, I called Michele with a question and she returned my call promptly. I then received my diapers very quickly and was once again very happy. I will definitely continue shopping with Michele!

Michele is the best! Her products are wonderful and carefully selected, she works hard to get you what you need and is very willing to answer any questions you have. I wouldn't buy new diapers anywhere else! And she has lots of other things too!
