I was very impressed with the shipping time on the FREE shipping of a recent cover order. My order shipped the same day it was placed! She doesn't raise the price on covers to offset the free shipping like a few other stores I have seen; the prices were actually the best I found! Will shop again!

I have stoped in a cupple times to shop from this store and have enjoyed it everytime. This store has lots of patients for childern and are very friendly. I recomend this store as she has lots of knowlege about cloth diapering. Thanks for your time.

Weebunz BY FAR has the best prices I have found ANYWHERE for cloth diapers. They have a program called ""Package It"" which allows you to get a package discount if you order more diapers of the same style [doesn't have to be the same brand] within three months. It gives you a chance to try the diaper out, but still get the savings without immediately committing to buting 6 diapers.
The shipping is very fast and inexpensive, even if you're only ordering a few items.
Weebunz takes customer service VERY seriously. The first time that I ordered diapers there was a mix-up. Disappointed, I wrote an email at about 9pm. Half an hour later, an apology email. The next morning, a personal call from Amy with an explanation. Two days later, the correct diapers with a prepaid envelope to send the wrong diapers back. WOW! I'm guessing that mistakes are not a common occurrence because of the sheer speed in which they corrected the problem!
I loved the diapers [and the customer service] so much that I ordered more a week later and the interaction was seamless. I am so happy! I love all my bumgenius! diapers. Thanks for everything, Amy and the Weebunz Team!

I have been very impressed with Wee Bunz. We are expecting our first child in May and I have researched up and down everything having to do with diapers including cost. Wee Bunz has impressed me time and again with their large assortment of items available and affordable pricing. Every time I've gone elsewhere online to try to beat their prices I've wound up back at Wee Bunz because their prices were the best (this includes searching on ebay, amazon, and craig's list). So far I have no complaints with them and place to make all my purchases from them :+)

I didn't care for the customer service I received. Maybe they were having an off day, but I could sense some tension and I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to get my order done with as quickly as possible. My questions were answered in a hurry and I felt like I couldn't ask more. I ended up only buying one diaper cover to try and even then felt like I should have just gone somewhere else. From the reviews I expected a lot more.

Of course we take all customer feedback very seriously. We are always very chatty in store and typically answer dozens of questions from each customer, spending up to 40 minutes with each - there is no time limit! You are always welcome to ask any and all questions.
Since this review is very inconsistent our daily customer interaction, we have scoured our records and have no record in the past several weeks of any person purchasing a single diaper cover with us. We contacted the reviewer to find out if this report is true and to remedy the situation, but so far she has not responded with a date/time or an order number. Due to suspicious activity by this person, we believe this review to be a FALSE review posted by a competitor who is trying to drive business away from us and to her. This same person has done so in the past and was banned from diaperswappers for it.
