I ordered two Leslie's boutique wet bags on Sunday night and my bags where here on Wednesday! That is super fast shipping and even more considering this store offers FREE shipping. Excellent prices and customer service! I will definitely buy from them again.

We asked for diapers for my son’s birthday and I recommended ordering from Cloth Babies. Largely, this was because of the free shipping. We received a gift in the mail on the 30th which was shipped on the 28th. However, it had diapers in it that we didn't ask for, and when we tried them on our son (over a disposable, to keep them pristine) they didn't fit. I emailed Stephanee asking if we could exchange them because I didn't like the fit. She promptly emailed back saying that they should fit up to 30 pounds (although I’d already said they didn’t!), and that I would have to pay any shipping on exchanged products (along with paying to return them to her, which I expected). I said that I was pretty disappointed by this, since I had recommended her store specifically, and my recommendation was because of the advertised free shipping. She said, essentially, too bad, that paying for shipping to exchange a gift would ""eat away at any amount of profit I hoped to make,"" and that she's sure that I wouldn't want to work for free either (which I actually do, since all my work besides Mommying is volunteer, but that's irrelevant). To my suggestion that maybe a refund would be more in order, she said that there was a 10% restocking fee and original shipping would not be refunded, so an exchange was my best bet. I'm not surprised by this, because a refund would take away her profit, and that seems to be where her emphasis is in dealing with customers.
The great thing about owning your own business is that you can make exceptions to the rule to ensure customer loyalty. In this situation, she had the opportunity to stick to her advertised free shipping and keep me buying from her. I like supporting a WAHM, and her responses were prompt and the original shipping was fast, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed by the customer service and won't be ordering from ClothBabies again. I can find free shipping lots of places with better customer service.
