I have ordered several items from For the Monster. Diapers, mama cloth, and breast pads and everything I order is of great quality. Gena is great at getting items out quickly and her communication is outstanding. She is very quick to respond to emails.

I couldn't be more pleased. This is the only store that I have found that sells size XL Fuzzi Bunz. Gena is so nice; when I placed my first order she called to clarify my order. There was a minor problem with my second order (not her fault) that was resolved way beyond my expectations.

I have been looking all over for MOE breastpads and came across Gena's Store For The Monster, I have never been there before so wanted to check it out. The breastpads were at a great price, shipping cost is great and my package shipped really fast! I highly recommend this store, the CS is wonderful, I will be a repeat customer!

I called to buy Wonderoo diapers that were on sale and got excellent service! I'm in Canada and wanted to save $$$ by getting the diapers shipped to a friend in the States who was coming to visit the next week. Gena shipped off the diapers immediately so that they would arrive in time for my friend to pick up before driving up to Canada. She also saved me some money by telling me to order the diapers in a set instead of individually. She was polite, helpful and I'm totally satisfied with her service!

Gena was very friendly and was also quick with getting my order to me. She has a great selection and colors to choose from. We have purchased all of our cloth diapers and accessories from her and will continue to only shop at For The Monster.
We are very, very please and recommend this to any mama looking for good customer service, quick orders and good quality products.

I am VERY disappointed in my business dealings with this company. I ordered some Wonderoos from them during their recent sale and decided to add on some Imse Vimse liners while I was ordering. I've ordered these liners before and love them. They are advertised on the For The Monster website as being the baby size. Of course I assumed, like every other website sells, that this would be the 200 pack of baby sized Imse Vimse liners. Do a search of Imse Vimse Flushable baby size liners and that's what you'll find on every single site.
What I received was half a pack, not in any packaging at all. Just half a pack of liners open in a mailing bag.
I contacted the store immediately and complained! The owner insisted that she splits packages to save her customer's money, but when I said that in that case that information should be posted clearly on the product information I was told, ""Well, nobody else has complained!""
Frankly, I don't have much of a choice but to eat my loss (I'm NOT putting unwrapped liners against my baby's skin!), but I hope the owner of this company chooses to be aboveboard in her business dealings and change her product information to match what she's actually selling.
On the plus side, shipping was very fast.

I am sorry you are disappointed with your transaction with For the Monster. Yes, I do only sell 100 count Imse Vimse flushable liners on my web site. Our product picture for this product only shows one roll of liners. Our pricing is also lower due to the fact we only sell the liners in single rolls. Please next time if you have a question about a product feel free to call us on our toll free line before you purchase. I would have been happy to have worked with you on this, but you never indicated this was an option in our phone conversation.
