Too bad there wasn't a rating higher than five! There customer service was awesome. I have to say at the beginning I was a little bit worried because there were a couple of things that went wrong, but they fixed it, AND made up for it! I ordered something that wasn't in stock, but the order confirmation said it was, so it took a bit longer for it to get out, but then once it was figured out, they covered my shipping costs and sent me the out of stock item later at no extra cost. I ordered some soap samples that spilled a bit in the shipping, and when I told them, they immediately sent out new ones. I had to return a couple of items as they didn't fit properly, and there was no problem, the money was refunded to me as soon as they received them.
Overall I am very satisfied with them, their prices were good, and shipping cost is also reasonable. They have a wide selection of products, and know how to treat a customer, we can't expect any business to never make mistakes, but you really see what kind of business they are in how they fix their mistakes! They truly understand and apply customer service.
I highly recommend Jillian's Drawers.

All I can say is I'm in love. I emailed with them about creating a custom trial package and they were super accommodating to my needs. After placing the order they contacted me very quickly (not even an hour later) about stock issues with a couple items i ordered (they only had the happy hempies without the liner, and the color of the snaps on a diaper would be different), and were very quick to correct the order for me without any problems. Their service could not possibly be any better and I will be recommending them to everyone i know!

I have ordered from this company several times and I have to say I have never experienced faster shipping anywhere else. Customer service is great, emails are answered very quickly. No complaints here!

I LOVE this store! I did their $10 cloth trial program...it was a perfect way to learn about cloth diapering. They have been kind, knowledgable, and patient with my many questions. On top of that, they shi very quickly. They truly do value their customers. I'm loyal!

I went to Jillian's in person when I was pregnant. I had already purchased many diapers from various places, including 2 Blueberry OS snap pockets from them. The store is very inviting inside, they have a daddy chair, which my husband appreciated. After having my baby I went to their Babywearing 101 which was a little disappointing. The instructor was not aware of some of the ways of wearing a ring sling that I was already using. But it was nice to try other carriers. I will be going again soon to buy an Ergo backpack. I always enjoy visiting and talking cloth with other customers and buying haba toys. The time I ordered online from them it shipped very fast! I do wish they carried more variety of wet bags and pail liners.

I am so happy that I found this company. I took advantage of their ""Changing Diapers, Changing Minds"" program, and I am glad I did.
I received my diapers very quickly. They provided me with clear and precise instructions for care, and an easy return form for the program.
After figuring out what diapers would work for us, I was ready to place another order with them, but wanted to clarify a few things first. I called them and the woman that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to see if they had what I needed.
All in all, the program was excellent, the products wonderful, and the service amazing!

Website easily navigated. Easy ordering. Quick ship. Average length of time for delivery. Very knowledgeable. Lots of helpful information on website. Great cloth diaper tutorials. Emailed JD over a week ago with a returns questions and have not yet received a response. Have placed only three orders there, but two times they were out of stock of at least two items I wanted to order.

I just recieved my order from Jillian's Drawers and I can't believe how fast it came! There was only 3 days from the time I ordered until I got the diapers! Also, this site was very helpful before I started cloth diapering; I really like the info they have on washing the diapers. I also like the trial program; it gave me the oppurtunity to try some diapers that were too expensive to buy just to see if I liked them.
Also, Jillian's Drawers seems to be cheaper for most diapers which is great!

I just received my first order from Jillian's Drawers. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the customer service I received. Within an hour of making my purchase, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped and I received my order very quickly! I just cannot recommend this store enough!

No doubt about it - Jillian's Drawers offers the best customer service of any company I've dealt with recently! Both Jessie & Lillian have been so helpful over the phone and email, really taking the time to listed & offer suggestions. Their 21-day trial program is absolutely the safest way to start CD'ing & it is totally straightforward with practically no money/risk. (Super fast shipping, too.) What an amazing idea! Here I am in Dallas, Texas, & yet am willing to do business w/ people far away in NY just because they are a superior company that treats you like a person! Cheers for Jillian's Drawers!

I have ordered from alot of cloth diapering sites, but I dont think anyone has shipped as fast as Jillians Drawers! I just got my package today and was'nt even expecting it till Monday! Wonderful customer service and excellent brands they carry! I also love how they review their personal favorites on the site, makes it alot easier for newbies to cloth diapering :)
