After deciding to cloth diaper our now 9 month old twins, I had tons of questions. I saw Sarah was local and emailed her with all my concerns and questions. I also emailed several other diaper websites. Sarah was one of the few who actually got right back to me and gave me the answers I needed to make an informed decision on what type of diaper to go with. I have tried several of her products and have loved them all. She has great costumer service and I believe her to be no nonsense and I appreciate that.

I'm really surprised to see so many good reviews for this company, because my experience was not good at all! First there was confusion because the website said that made-to-order orders would take about 3 weeks to ship, but that in-stock orders shipped right away. I made a mixed order of MTO and in-stock items and waited for my in-stock diaper. When I didn't get an email saying it had shipped, I emailed and asked, and got a response saying that since my order also had MTO items, they would all ship at the same time. Not wanting to wait 3 weeks for one diaper (because I was trying to decide on a kind of diaper to replace my baby's too-small fitteds), I asked for it to be shipped separately, and pay an additional shipping cost. A few days later, both the diaper and the MTO items arrived in separate packages (on the same day)...so I emailed back saying I was confused as to why I'd payed more shipping if all my items would end up arriving on the same day. I got a weird response saying that she'd never had a customer complain about getting her order too soon. My complaint was about the confusion and lack of communication involved, not getting items too soon. Also I complained about my diaper not looking like the picture...the pic had fabric covering the velcro tabs, but my diaper had them exposed, so that the edges and corners cut into my baby's skin. I didn't think the diaper was well-made (I ended up using it only a couple times before throwing it away...I didn't think it was even worth selling). I emailed saying I wasn't happy at all about the diaper, but did not want to pay shipping to return it. I also said that I wasn't happy with my experience in general, and wouldn't be ordering from there again. I didn't get an apology, as I expected, but instead a ""That's fine""! I was really surprised...I order diaper supplies online all the time and had never gotten such strange and impolite customer service, not to mention receiving something othe

I had tried everything I could to make this customer happy, and ultimately could not. I explained to her that I had an unexpected large chunk of time to work on orders and so was able to get several MTO orders finished about a week or two ahead of schedule. The MTO items went out Priority several days after her instock item went out First Class at her request, which is how it was possible for them to arrive on the same day. The customer seemed to be upset because I was not able to predict the unexpected chunk of time to complete her order ahead of schedule.
