Excellent service! Responded to my email the same day and was very helpful, diapers arrived promptly and well within the time listed on the shipping form. They also sent me a couple of little freebees--an adorable cloth wipe, and a sample of diaper detergent! I will definitely order from these guys again, fantastic!

We live right in Colorado Springs and LOVE this store. Their products are the best quality you will find on the market, they are very reasonably priced with a great flat rate shipping policy and you can't beat their customer service.
More than buisness owners they are REAL moms who are wonderful at troubleshooting diaper issues, rash troubles, show you how to diaper and use your baby wraps. Personally, I love buying from small companies with big hearts and thats what Baby Cotton Bottoms is, a few families with big hearts and a lot of CD knowledge they are willing to share with whoever needs it.
They are the only place we shop for our dipes knowing that they are going to be the best quality dipes I can find for a wonderful price and you will never find customer service like the caliber found at Baby Cotton Bottoms.
