I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive it. I was hesitant to order directly from NE in the first place because I didn't want to pay $8 for shipping, but I ended up going ahead and placing the order, however now that I still don't have my product, I wish I had ordered the product from a reseller with cheaper and faster shipping.

Answered my questions promptly, willing to customize a scent, order shipped quickly. Everything smelled great! I have used the diaper salve for over a year and it is fantastic. I recently bought the yogurt face cream and shower gel, it is fantastic. I can't wait to shower!

Northern essence has very high quality products. Actually, the diaper rash salve and better butt(er) creams work a thousand times better than any off-the-shelf diaper cream I have used. I am definitely returning for more items as I need them. Shipping time is a little slow, but I don't much mind the wait since the products are definitely worth it. The customer service in my experience has always been fantastic!
