Never shipped package, did not make contact with me for 2 weeks and only so after I made many attempts to contact her. Asked for refund and have not received one. Owner made vague excuses about why she dropped the ball. Super disappointed in the customer service...

Kathy is very personable & responds promptly with any problems/issues. She also conducts cloth diaper workshops the 2nd Saturday of every month at the Hollywood Birth Center in Florida with product demos so you actually get to touch & feel the diapers you will be purchasing!!
