I highly recommend buying any cloth diapers or accessories from Baby Belle Bottoms. My experience has been great. I am a first time mom and wanted to do the whole cloth diaper thing and didn't know where to begin with. I contacted Monica Marshall and immediately she scheduled a private diaper workshop for my husband and I. She was very thorough in expalining how everything worked. She was very patient.
We ended up purchasing our diapers that same day, and later we wanted to do an exchange for some bigger diapers. It was no problem, Monica had them ready to go. When I went to pick up the diapers, I left some items behind and she contacted me ASAP and offered to ship them immediately. I thought that was a really nice gesture and she was SUPER prompt. Her customer service is fast and friendly and she did recommend to visit her partner Renee at Mothers Guild. If you have a chance visit them too for a great breastfeeding support group.

I would recommend purchasing cloth diapers from BabyBelleBottoms (and Monica) over anywhere else for the following reasons:
1) Great customer service! There are lots of options online to purchase cloth diapers, but how many of these options allow you to speak directly with someone, and someone who is knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and returns calls promptly? Good luck finding this kind of service elsewhere. Monica is super nice-- she hosts regular cloth diaper workshops in the area to help people find out about this option. She provides really good information without bias regarding different brands, as well as great tips on how to care for diapers, how to deal with various problems, etc.
2) Price. BabyBelleBottoms is competitive with, if not slightly cheaper than, any other cloth diaper vendor (and I've looked at a lot of other online vendors). Monica is sometimes almost too nice-- throwing in little extras. It is so nice to work with such an ethical business owner who happens to be super nice!
3) Buy local. For those living in the Santa Barbara/Ventura County area, this is the only vendor in the area, and a great one at that.
