Amber is wonderful to work with. She is very knowlegable about all the products. We spent over an hour talking about the diapers! She is always ready to help and is very friendly. Punkerdoops has a huge selection and great customer service. Amber not only helped me determine which diapers would work best for my son, she also gave me extremely helpful tips on products I already had (which I hadn't even bought from her). Definitely a 5 for Punkerdoops.
