TLC Diapers has excellent customer service. I've called many times asking questions once I purchased the cloth diapers and TLC Diapers responded quickly, if not immediately. TLC Diapers came out to our house on several occassions to show me the diapers, drop off diapers, and when I had a question on washing them. Finally, a company that understands customer service. We love the company and will continue purchase with them.

TLC Diapers is great! I am local, so it's nice to support another local business. Their customer service is great and they are very educated about their products! I also love that they offer free shipping! Perhaps the best part is if you don't see a product you are looking for, a particular color, etc, they will get it for you as quickly as possible!! Great business!
