The site is very easy to navigate and offers a GREAT selection of cloth diapers, accessories, and other awesome momma and baby things! I recently ordered from My Baby Pumpkin and enjoyed an excellent experience. Service is fast, courteous and warm, and the products are top rate. The web site is packed full of information and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, free shipping in the US! Can't ask for much better than My Baby Pumpkin. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have recently placed 2 orders, both for Super Undies, from Kristen at My Baby Pumpkin. My experience exceeded my expectations. Both times, she shipped the same day I ordered them, and although I live in Texas and her store is in Wisconsin, I got my items in a couple of days! Also, for my second order, the website was down, and I emailed her and she replied very fast (even at nearly midnight!). She also ended up giving me a discount for the website issue and not being able to order the day before when I first went to order it. Her service is GREAT! I have recommended her and will shop there again!

I am very happy with my recent purchase from My Baby Pumpkin. I had a question regarding how to properly order a 6 pack of Fuzzi Bunz, and my email inquiry was answered very promptly. Also, they were out of one color I ordered, and offered me a more expensive daisy print FB as a replacement without an extra charge! Also, when my stash arrived, I noticed one of the liners was the older 3 layer liner. Again, my email was answered promptly, and I received the new 4 layer liner within 2 days!!!! I will most certainly return to My Baby Pumpkin for further diaper supply needs.

I just placed my second order for diapers. I could not believe how fast delivery was. The prices were the lowest I could find, and there was a special for free shipping, no minimum. This will be one of the first shops I look for when buying diapers!

Fantastic!! I'm so glad that I went with My Baby Pumpkin to purchase our Happy Heinys. They immediately responded to our questions while we were trying to decide and were very helpful. They had a large color selection. Prices are the best out there....trust me...we checked! Once I placed my order, I received an email from them every step of the way to let me know they had received the order and then again when it would be shipped. They diapers arrived quickly and we love them. I would highly recommend using this company! Thank you!!

Kristin was so accomodating. The website stated that they were on vacation for the week so I wasn't expecting a response to my e-mail for several days. But I got a response the next day. She also allowed me to change my order twice and suggested a product that might work even better for me (and it did). Shipping was fast too. Would definitely recommend this seller.

I am VERY happy with Kristin's quick responses to questions, requests, delivery as well as pricing. I wanted a printed diaper she didn't have, but she got them for me immediately! Incredible response. I have ordered from her in the past, and will continue to do so for now on.

Kristin is wonderful!! She is so personable. Not only are her prices great, she ships your items right away. I order several thirsties covers from her. She was out of one of them, and went to a different retailer to get it for me and still shipped it that next day, in a seperate package. I can't thank her enough for that, and all of the advice she has given me about clothe diapering. She is definitely my favorite place to buy from.

I cannot say enough about this seller! She is very nice and accomidating. I had an issue with the inserts i received in diapers i had ordered and she gave me the direct email to the retailer of the diapers and also contacted her herself! she is also letting me exchange 3 of my diapers for new sizes and would have even ordered different colors if i had asked for the price i paid also. I am very very happy with this company and am going to make sure for my baby shower that my family shops here for my diapers! thanks so much!

I just LOVE this seller. She made it sooooo easy to ask questions for me, specially since I'm new at this diapering thing. Extremely fast response to emails, and quick shipping also a plus! Very rarely does someone's personality come accross emails, but hers does! Very, very sweet and helpful. Diapers also came securely packaged! She gave me excellent advice on a product to try (tiny tush) and I have to say I'm impressed with them. A++++ seller!

This was the first place that I ordered cloth diapers from and I will definitely be coming back! I liked her sample starter pack, and no shipping fee over $50, and the sale, too! But best of all is her customer service. I contacted her with flaw in the wipes I received and she literally emailed a resolution within 10 minutes! Also, she was VERY patient with my silly newbie questions!

I would highly recommend doing business with My Baby Pumpkin. I ordered 6 thirsties covers and some cloth wipes from her. Within minutes she contacted me to let me know that she was currently out of a specific color. She offered to send the order minus the out-of-stock cover (which was coming in the following week). Her customer service was great, and even with an item being out of stock, I still received my full shipment within a few days. Also, the offer of free shipping on orders over $50 was a huge bonus, as was the sale she was having at the time. Highly recommend!

My favorite place to buy cloth diapers and covers! I buy Thirsties brand covers and fitted diapers. My last order I got babylegs and a few other things too. The shipping is amazingly fast. I love the free shipping when you spend $50! I am a repeat customer and my package arrived in 2 business days both times. Kristin (the owner) is great at communicating and letting me know when my package is on it's way. Going back to order more soon!
