The overall quality of my order from Diaper Style was great (purchased Thirsties and Drybees) the customer service is what's lacking. One of the diapers that I had ordered was not in stock. I was not contacted regarding this matter, rather received a note on my packing slip stating I would be refunded the money. I have emailed the seller a few times regarding the refund and possibly using the money to order additional products. I heard back once from the original message (I asked if she had the item in stock, marked in stock on website) and said she would refund the money when she heard back from me. I replied to her email on 11/30/09 and I have not heard back nor has my money been refunded. Would not do business again with this company.

I have been nothing but thrilled with Diaper Style's service! I'm slowly working on building my cloth diaper stash for my little one on the way. I love how easy the site is to navigate and orders ship out so quickly!

I bought my first cloth diapers (ever) a couple weeks ago from Skye, the owner of diaper style. I was pleased with her knowledge on the different types and styles available. I've been very happy with the diapers and can't wait to get more!

I ordered a set of thirsties (My new favorite) from DaiperStyle and after paying and hoping for the diapers, I got a small refund for the difference in actual shipping charges vs what was already cheap shipping. That really impressed me. It was unexpected. You know every bit counts now a days. An integrity counts for a lot!
