I have made way too many orders from Sharni but I can't help going back. She has a wonderful selection of products and I know that if she carries it then she loves it. Her blog is linked as well and I can always return to her product reviews to determine if it fits what I want.
Not to mention that I always receive her orders promptly.

I bought some BacOut and Imse Vimse training pants from Sharni and figured I'd see them in a week or so. Sharni sent a notice confirming the order immediately and it was shipped the next morning. I had my order in 3 days. I know Sharni personally and she is extraordinarily knowledgeable about diapers. She created an absorbency chart on her site to help people choose the right diaper insert for them and she has a very detailed blog with cloth diaper reviews. Every diaper she has in her store has been tested by her son, and she only sells the diapers that have performed really well.

Wow! I wish I would have found Sharni and the Nappy Shoppe sooner. She has great customer serive and fast shipping. The quality of her items is almost perfect, she is the home of the gflapper. I will be ordering more very soon.

Wow, I am so pleased with Sharni's customer service! I ordered several gflapper inserts from the Nappy Shoppe and received them within a couple days. One of the inserts had a slight tear at the stitching so I emailed to tell her and she immediately shipped a replacement out, which I received the next day!! What great customer service!!! And I LOVE the inserts. I will be shopping there again.

I love the bamboo fleece that I received. It was great quality. I have made several diaper inserts and the have worked great. Fast shipping and great customer service.

Agree with other post--shipping is like lightning! I placed my order in the evening on a Wednesday, was notified of shipping that night, and received it Saturday morning! This was my second order from the Nappy Shoppe and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sharni and her products!

Shopping at the Nappy Shoppe is the closest thing to instant gratification. I received a shipping notification within 10 minutes of placing my order, and received the package promptly. Sharni is very knowledgeable and I love the customer service.
