Royal Bottoms is the brainchild of a workaholic mama who quit her high stress job to become a stay at home mom. Before becoming a mother I dismissed the notion that I would not want to come back to work after my maternity leave. But the moment they placed that wet, squirmy, cone-headed newborn on my chest I knew that I could never be apart from him. I did return to work, for the most agonizing two months of my life. My husband was taking his leave to care for our son, and I promised him to give working outside the home a try.Losing half our household income has been really hard on us so I started looking for creative ways of supplementing my husband's income. I have been crafty my whole life, thanks to my wonderful Grandmother who taught me all the basics.I started by making wetbags for a few friends, the business grew quickly and expanded to include wetbags in three sizes, wipes, and the retail sale of bumGenius diapers.
