I have had a great experience working with this vendor. Response and delivery time are always fast, her prices can't be beat, and her selection is very good. The quality of her products is very high. I highly recommend Sew Many Diapers.

My daughter's bg diapers began leaking terribly and I decided to make my own. I ordered from 3 different vendors and my items all came within 5 days. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my items. I even checked to see if my order was shipped and it hasn't. I've tried communicating with them several times and have yet to get a response or a refund. I had no choice but to order from another vendor (my items shipped the following day). It's very strange that everyone else has had positive experiences and mine has been so poor. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

I sincerely apologize about this delay! I have been very sick with morning sickness and have had to change my shipping policy to once a week. I am only checking emails every few days as it only makes me worse. Not a pity party here, just to let everyone know what is going on...I have responded to this customer through email with my sincere apologies and issued her an immediate refund as soon as I read the emails that she sent. It is not our policy to make customers wonder or wait on thier orders. I hope to be back to our faster turnaround by the end of October.
