I recently ordered some sale Fuzzi Bunz & other items from this vendor. Although her actual inventory was slightly less than originally listed, she notified me immediately (on a Sunday evening, none the less), including potential substitutions. She filled the order promptly, refunding the difference immediately, and honoured the free shipping, despite the fact that the revised order no longer met the threshold. A pleasure to deal with.

Great selection and service. Got a call the day after I placed my order because something was out of stock. They immediately updated the order with a replacement and I received it quite quickly.

Vicky was so helpful and patient with me; I kept adding things to my order and changing print colours. Excellent customer service; and she updated me if something was running late from the company. Shipping was free; because I had spent over $100; and her site is so user friendly. It was easy to breeze through products.

I recommend everyone buy their diapers from Ottawa Cloth Diapers!
I'd like to thank Vicky for her guidance (through the website and in person). She was so helpful and wonderful to deal with. The trial program was very helpful in deciding which diapers to buy and I'm so happy with my bumGenious 3.0 diapers.... even daddy uses them without complaint.
