I can't say enough great things about SewCraftyBaby. Every transaction has been quick and easy and shipping is free, or very reasonable. I get my items super fast as well. Jennifer is very prompt in righting any wrongs, which she did wonderfully when I was sent a wrong product. I received the correct product within days without a single issue.
SewCraftyBaby has a large variety of diapers and accessories, enough to rival many of the larger online diaper shops. Yet her customer service is ten times better than those bigger shops, which what keeps me coming back!

I've ordered many things from Sew Crafty Baby (diaper pail liner, soakers, covers, etc) and the shipping is always SUPER fast and FREE!! Combine free shipping with competitive prices and killer holiday deals (be her facebook friend!) and you seriously can't beat the prices. I'm so satisfied with Sew Crafty Baby that I make it a point to exclusively order from her when possible.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! I love shopping here. Jennifer is so sweet and eager to help. She has personally called me and emailed me to take care of my orders. Even if something goes wrong, I don't worry because I know it will be taken care of. I recently placed an order that got lost in the mail, and just yesterday she sent me another one no problem. Shipping is super fast and I love the products. I do wish there was more variety and more in stock. It makes me sad when I have to purchase elsewhere because something I want is either out of stock or not carried there.

I am very impressed with this store. There was a hipcup in my order and it was taken care promptly with great care. Sew Crafty Baby was a great store for me in the first place but def now my favorite. Will continue to shop as a very loyal customer.

I have ordered a few things from Sew Crafty Baby. The prices were great, and the shipping was super fast.I even got a free sample in one of my orders. This is definitely one of the stores I visit first when I am looking for a cloth purchase.

Love ordering from Sew Crafty Baby. Jennifer ships orders very quickly - I placed an order late at night this week and she shipped it the next day. Amazing! She also has a great Facebook page. Can highly recommend Sew Crafty Baby.

The shipping is always faster then with other on-line diaper retailers I've used. Jennifer also calls if there is a question about your order and tries to come to a solution right away. Other on-line diaper retailers have taken days just to send me an e-mail about my order. And lastly, the prices are competitive, the selection is great, and I love how you can see the current inventory for the items listed. The site is informative and easy to maneuver around. I recommend it to all the new to cloth mommies I know!

Jennifer is a super sweet mama. I am new to cloth diapering and I called her to ask her questions about some of her products. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She also has super fast shipping and shipping is free. You can not beat that. I would recommend Sew Craft Baby to all my friends. I am also planning on doing a lot more business with her.

Jen was WONDERFUL with her customer service. She emails back within hours each time, and she shipped my orders the same day. I got all new Flip covers from her (before many other retailers had them!), and I got them in my mailbox 2 days after ordering. Woohoo! She's now one of my favorite shops for sure!

I placed an order for some prefolds and a wetbag at the beginning of September. Unfortunately the wrong wetbag arrived and Jennifer was out of the one I had wanted. She worked with Leslie (maker of Leslie's Wetbags - which are AWESOME) to get one made up and sent to me directly and allowed me to use and keep the one she had mistakenly sent. Although the entire process took a while (5 weeks!), Jennifer had excellent communication (making and taking calls after business orders - even though she has a new baby) and I wouldn't hesitate to place an order again.

I placed an order and was very pleased to receive a personal call from the owner informing me of the slight delay in shipment. She threw a nice freebie in with my order as compensation. Customer service was great and I am still very happy with the overall turnaround of my order. Would definitely recommend the company to people and will order from her again!

I highly recommend Sew Crafty Baby. I just started cloth diapering my 1 year old in the last few months and have had the best experience with this store. I go there first for everything I might want. She has a great selection, the best prices and fast shipping. Great customer service to - ask for her advice!

I loved the fast, free shipping and she had a great selection. My only complaint is that I never recieved an email telling me my order shipped or any way to track it either (and I checked my spam box to be sure it didn't go there). I would have liked to know the items were on their way, but I will definitely order from this store again in the future!

Jennifer has the best prices on prefolds that I've found anywhere, and super fast FREE shipping! My items arrived quickly, and she sent a sample of Punkin Booty Bits wipe solution that we fell in love with! We will definitely be back--in fact, I just placed an order for more wipe solution!

Out of many places I buy from this is the one I always go back to and from now on I will. For one there is no shipping...for 2 you get what you ordered and in a very timely manor. I will always buy from them unless they don't have what I am looking for.

I would definately recommend Sew Crafty Baby. Jennifer was very quick to respond to my emails ( I had some shipping questions, but no problems). She seems very committed to high quality customer service. There are so many cloth diaper companies out there, so for me, good customer service is the deciding factor. Plus, great prices, lots of choices, and free shipping!! I will definately be ordering from here again.

I think Sew Crafty Baby is the best cloth diaper store out there. I LOVE that Jennifer offers free shipping and her customer service is excellent. Her prices are also the best every time - with plenty of sales for the bargain hunters like me! I've had numerous experiences with her that prove how much she cares about her business and taking good care of her customers. Shop Sew Crafty Baby first!!
