Michelle is wonderful to work with. She graciously allowed me to come into her storefront (before it is open) to see the products she carries and patiently explained the different diapers. She even made a suggestion for a diaper that I wasn't even considering, and that is my very favorite diaper of the 3 different ones that I brought home (trying them on my toddler before the new one comes along). Not only that, but she had a play area for my 2 year old to play while I was browsing. VERY convenient! I have set up a baby registry and will definitely be buying again!

Very fast, very cheap and wonderful to work with! Great products with all the info you would need for a first time buyer. Fantastic customer service! The computer didn't catch the coupon, and they reimbursed me! I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to my friends.

I love RG Natural Babies. I have placed several orders with them over the years and will continue to do so. They have a website that's easy to work with, wonderful products, and great customer service. Any time I've contacted them with a question it has been personally answered very quickly.

I have placed 3 orders wtih RGNatural and will place many more in the future because Michelle provides amazing customer service. Not only has she been very responsive, quick and accurate in fulfilling my orders, but she has also gone above and beyond the call of duty by answering my first-time CD questions. Her prices are competitive, plus she has provided coupon codes with shimpments and in newsletters for discounts on future purchases. I'm certain that she has many other customers, but her attention to me makes me feel like her only customer, which is amazing!

Once again I am pleased with my order. The 1st time I was able to pick up since I am relatively close, but this time I had my order shipped and it was rec'd very quickly. Awesome price for the BumGenius One Size organics. I couldn't find anyone that has the applix style and I hate the snap ones. Michelle had them!!

RG Natural Babies is amazing. Michelle provides top notch customer service and fast shipping. I have bought several one size cloth diapers from her as well as creating a baby registry on her site. Her prices are great and she offers frequent deals. The second time I bought from RG they sent me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase. I will not purchase cloth diapers from anyone else. It is so refreshing to see that there are still people out there like Michelle who pride themselves on great customer service.

I wish I could give RG Natural Babies a score higher than 5 -- Maybe 10 or 15! Michelle is fantastic. Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. She makes you feel like you are her only customer. And my order came super fast. Shipping was free and I received a free pair of Baby Legs and some soap nuts! Can't beat it. From now on, RG Babies is the only place I will buy my diapers and cd accessories.

This company is great! I originally ordered a starter kit of prefolds and covers from them, and most recently ordered a Bumgenius 3.0 pocket to try out. Both times, I received the products with 2 business days with free shipping. The don't require a minimum purchase for free shipping, which makes for a nice discount when buying diapers online.
I also like that they are a small family business and they actually use and try all the products they sell.

RG Natural Babies is selling wonderful, good quality product, but I was in particular impressed with the quality of the customer service. For the celebration of their first anniversary, Michelle gave me free shipping, one free BumGenius cotton diaper, one wetbag, and a little sample of soapnut! Michelle even emailed me to ask which pattern of wetbag that I wanted, and threw in some more expensive cloth wipes without extra charge when the cloth wipes that I wanted were out of stock. She also helped giving me advice when I asked her what to do for my son's diaper rash. Michelle is a great person to do business with! I am definitely coming back.

Michelle has been such a great help to me with the diapers. I am a mom with 3 kids. I did not start using cloth til my 3rd was born, I also have a 2 year old who is still in diapers. Not only have I started using cloth for my newest arrival- we are now changing over to cloth for our 2 year old. Michelle made us feel so at ease with cloth diapers, we would never go back to disposable! Thank you Michelle!

i have never come across such an amazing business woman, she is prompt wih answers and helped me find the absolute perfect diaper!!! she carries thirsties AIO and helped me along with the chosing with an amazing diaper.....the superdoo inserts are awesome!!! i HIGHLY suggest this store 100% Im sticking with her as a loyal customer!

Ordering from Michelle was great! We ordered 3 BGOS, a pail liner and a wet bag on Thursday evening and our package arrived Monday. It was really nice to not wait, especially considering she went into labor only 2 days after we ordered. True dedication :) (Congrats to your family!)
In addition, she threw in a small sample of soapnuts, which I'm excited to try on our next load!
