I'm new to cloth diapering and decided to try Lisa's ""Make the Switch"" trial package. The package was great and Lisa sent me everything I needed from instructions to detergent. Her customer service was great and I highly recommend the trial package!

Very impressed with the service I received from the Cloth Diaper Shop. They had a great selection and Lisa answered all questions promptly before I placed my order. I was very happy with the speedy shipment as well.

Great store. We bought a pair of wool longies (Rainbow Waters) here and they were awesome. Came quickly in the mail and are oh so soft. The Cloth Dipaer Shop is a wonderful online store with awesome products.

The Cloth Diaper Shop is now where I go for ALL of my cloth diapering needs. AWESOME customer service, Lisa is fantastic. I always get my orders within a few days. I have bought cloth diapers from lots of places on line over the past 3 years and after my first purchase at The Cloth Diaper Shop I have never wanted to go anywhere else.

I purchased a Hot Mama sling from Lisa a few months ago and had nothing but great customer service. I recently decided to go the cloth diaper route for my 11 month old daughter and thought of Lisa immediately! Cloth diapering can be intimidating but Lisa has made everything easy, helping me customize what I need. Whenever I have a question I call Lisa and we troubleshoot together. Because I am local I can pick up the order that day! The great thing is Lisa is as passionate about her customers needs as I am now about cloth diapering!!!!

Lisa has amazing customer service, and very fast shipping! I have just made my 3rd purchase with her, this is where I will make all purchases from now on! I was very happy with my shopping experience at The Cloth Diaper Shop. Lisa was quite helpful. My order was shipped promptly. I am enjoying my new IPF diapers and Thirsties covers. A thank-you card was included with my order, which I thought was a nice personal touch.
