Bought from this store because of the great prices, but I will be back because of the wonderful service. I've already ordered twice because I love the selections on the site. Rachel was wonderful to work with, always emailing back to my questions super fast. I would highly recommend this seller.

I love Two Little Whales. Rachel's customer service is amazing and she is so helpful with everything. I have asked her tons of questions about comparisons to different brands, and she always is so nice and gets back to me very quickly.Her shipping is so quick as well.
Oh and the wiggly wipes are AWSOME!! Love these

I highly recommend doing business with Rachel at Two Little Whales.
She responds quickly, ships really fast, and didn't charge extra for shipping to Canada for 2 diapers, when most stores add to the shipping fee.
She's very pleasant to deal with.

I love Rachel at Twolittlewhales. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. She offers a great line of products and is always there to help if you need it. I highly recommend buying all of your diapering needs from her shop...you will not be disappointed:)

I highly recommend Two Little Whales. Rachel is truly a gem and her customer service is amazing!!! She is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I have purchased all our cloth dipaers and supplies through her and can't imagine shopping anywhere else. I wish there were more people doing business like her out there!

I cannot speak high enough praise about Rachel and Two Little Whales. I was uncertain about cloth diapering, but knew that it was something I was willing to try. I contacted Rachel and received an immediate repsonse. She was extremely helpful through the entire process (diaper selection, purchasing, and any follow up questions). I would recommed Rachel to anyone wishing to purchase or learn more about cloth diapering. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of her products and offers excellent customer service. The service was fantastic. She was quick to respond, and answered all my questions regarding cloth diapers. Delivery was done efficiently and of course professionally, and she was willing to allow for product replacement if it was not what I was looking for, or pick something else that would fit my needs. Overall, the custormer service was the best.

I can't say enough good things about Rachel and Two Little Whales. I made the decision to cloth diaper my third baby and was overwhelmed by all the choices. Rachel went out of her way to provide information and advice that was specifically tailored to my baby's body type and needs. All of her recommendations have been spot on; she has made the transition to cloth so smooth. We couldn't be happier. I will ONLY buy diapers from her - as a business owner with her kindness and expertise, she deserves as much patronage as possible.

Rachel is wonderful - she makes the shopping experience at Two Little Whales pleasant in every way. She was very responsive and professiona; shipped my diapers the next day (and via Priority Mail) and even included some fun free fluff with my order :) I will certainly make Two Little Whales one of the first places I shop when buying new fluff. Overall it is just a wonderful customer service experience. I highly recommend this site!

Rachel is WONDERFUL!! She was helpful and quickly responded to e-mails from the first contact I made with her. Just a week after deciding seriously to start cloth diapering, I have a starter cloth diaper stash and feel confident to start. This is largely due to Rachel and her superior customer service. Shipping is also very timely and promt. I look forward to shopping with her again.

I recommend Two Little Whales without reservation to anyone and everyone! Rachel is by far the most helpful, service-minded person I have ever ""met"" at any online store. She responds very quickly to emails about anything I feel the need to ask about, she goes above and beyond what anyone could expect of her to help me get the products I need, and she even went out of her way to ship my things to me especially (I live overseas).

Being new to cloth diapering was very overwhelming! Rachel mad the transition so much easier and I am now a happy cloth diapering mother and my son and the planet are greatful for it. I am a local pick-up customer so shipping isn't applicable, but Rachel always gets my order to the pick-up spot by the next day and once the same day and has wonderful sales and customer appreciation programs! I love Two Little Whales!!!
