Despite previous positive reviews, I found the customer service at Baby Go Green to be non existent. I placed an order through her Hyena Cart store where I noted ""Most of our items are in-stock and ready to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment!"" on her home page.
When my order failed to arrive in a timely manner, I contacted Lori three times through email as to the status of my order and received not one response in return. Despite a good price, I will not be back.
The Happy Heiny Hemp Jersey Pads did finally arrive from the manufacturer. They are a gift for a mama to be and therefore I have no product review to leave.

This Diaper Pin member claims that there was non-existant customer service yet I had never gotten any e mails from her. She also stated that her product did not arrive in a timely fashion. She received her product 5 days after she placed the order(I know this because I was able to track it through th USPS tracking number I was given) and she even got 2 free pairs of breast pads beacuse I could not drop ship just one pair. I was tending to a family emergency when the order came in and my father did not know what to sent out so I did get special permission from the manufacturer to drop ship. This does not always happen. I am sorry that the customer did not feel taken care of. I told her just as I tell all of my customers I stand behind my products and my service.
