This is truly the only full service birth site I have found... from an individual list of organic diapers to homebirth kits, info for newborn diapering to registries to get all the lovely things you may need... there is even an area for seconds for parents who may be on a tight budget. I refer so many moms to this site and truly believe in the strength and support that they offer. kudos!

Everything Birth has a great range of products, very helpful staff, and amazing customer service. Their cloth diaper trial package is the best around, and they are so pleasant to communicate with. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is. I always get a response very quickly, and they do everything they can to help me out.

Everything Birth is wonderful. They have so many options and products to search through. They offer great deals and free shipping on big orders. I attended a diaper party, and it was great to be able to look through everything before I actually bought anything. Once I did purchase what I wanted, one piece of the order was shipped separately. I didn't receive any communication from them letting me know this, and I had paid extra for fast shipping. I sent an email letting them know, and within the hour they had more than compensated. I'm very pleased with their customer service!

I have purchased numerous items from Everything Birth and love the one-on-one service I receive. You can work through your own private ""consultant"" and see diapers in person before you buy and get lifelong support. Anytime I have a question I know who I can call or email.
Crystal is also really great and wonderful to work with. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their consultants. I will order from them again in the future and their prices are competitive. They even have a customer rewards program which is nice.

Crystal at Everything Birth was incredibly caring and thoughtful in helping me to find just the right fit for my son. We ended up trying (and returning) a number of cloth diapers before discovering the brand that was just right for him. She never made me feel bad for the extra work of managing the returns/exchanges, and continued to be helpful in giving guidance along the way. I would highly recommend EverythingBirth.com for their great customer service. They made it feel very personal even though it was an online purchase.
I also really appreciated the low-cost USPS shipping option. That combined with a great return policy and helpful attitude means there's really no reason NOT to shop online at their store. Thanks for a great experience that we will recommend to friends!

Great customer service! Extremely quick shipping. Great selection of top brands in CD, plus the option to see diapers in person before purchasing by hosting a Diaper Party - was very informative, even for a CD veteran.

This company has some of the best products I've come to love as a cloth diapering mom. Their reps do diaper parties so you can feel all the diapers before you buy, and you can register through them too!!

I recently gave a bad review because I did not receive my order on time, but found that it was an honest mistake and that the company contacted me through both email and phone and left me a personal message explaining that one of the covers I ordered wasn't being made until the end of the month and that they would send it when it came in or would send the rest of the order first and then send the missing cover later.
I'm impressed that they went to the trouble to call and explain.

Have ordered a couple of times and like the personal service and fast shipping. They have reasonable prices and great sales. However, I don't like that you have to place a minimum order of $15.00, and you can't use coupon codes for orders under $20!

My package was""just sitting there""for2wk it had never been shipped.By the time I did get it, it was just about 3wk from my order date.When I spoke to someone,they offered an apology,but no discount,no wet bag for my wait & it was a big order! Never again!
