Holy smokes that was FAST shipping! I ordered on Friday night and my diapers arrived Monday. And I am all the way across the states from the store. Yay!
Heather was very fast to reply to an email inquiry I had as well and was super-friendly and helpful to deal with.

Quick shipping, and responses to questions. I have ordered from CDO twice this month, and will continue to do so in the future. On my last order, I had just printed the receipt when I got an email that said my order had been shipped. I placed my order after 5 on a Thursday and had my diapers on Saturday, without paying extra for express shipping! Great customer service as well. I like that they actually hand write Thank you on the packing slip. Sure it is a little thing, but those little touches add up and make a great impression, on me at least.

Heather is great!! This is the 2nd time I have ordered from her. The first time I picked my product up from her personally. The second time I ordered she shipped it to my house for free and I got it within 2 days!! Her products are cheap in price, but a great product! Love them!! Thank you Heather!

My family lives in Springfield & have always purchased our cloth diaper products from Heather. She is always so helpful & willing to accomodate us. It is nice to be able to actually meet a person selling products like this today, instead of doing all the business online.
