Snooty Booty customer service is excellent! I am new to cloth diapering and had many questions/concerns about cloth diapering. I filled out a survey on the Snooty Booty website to help me find the perfect type of diaper for my lifestyle. Michelle contacted me very promptly and had made a custom form for me with all my diapering considerations. I choose to put together a custom diaper package and again, Michelle was incredibly helpful. Michelle is incredibly easy to work with and gave me some of the best customer service I've ever had. Snooty Booty even offers layaway (which is a great boon in these times). I would HIGHLY recommend Snooty Booty diapers to all. I will be using Snooty Booty for all my diapering needs.

Michelle is fabulous to buy from. I've ordered from her many times now, and she's always answered my questions right away (the same day), been happy to price match, and shipped quickly. She never makes me feel like I'm bothering her with my questions, which really matters in my book!
If I'm debating between 2 products, and she carries one of them, I go with the one I can buy from her.

Michelle at Snooty Booty Diapers is awesome! I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly she is...her customer service puts most larger companies to shame. I've ordered through her twice, and find myself searching her site first now for anything I'm looking for cloth-diaper related. She's made my transition into cloth so, so much easier! This is a fantastic company! Michelle was super prompt in both response to email and shipping of my items. She was more than willing to work with me on a package to fit my needs. Great company! Ordered on a Friday (day after Christmas), had my order by Tuesday, even though I'd used a free shipping coupon. Very nice service. I will definitely purchase from Snooty Booty again.
