Really enjoyed the two experiences with Abby's lane. Received a response to questions within 24 hours. Love the freebie I received and enjoyed how easy it was to order a custom diaper with quick turn around time. Quick shipping of my product made it easy to get what I needed.

I was so happy to find an online company that sold Bummis Easy Fit for a reasonable price (just over $23) with FREE SHIPPING. As excited as I was to receive my product, I became even more excited when I got it in the mail just a day or two after placing my order. Abby's Lane is SUPER fast and has wonderful service. I highly recommend this diapering family.

I am so impressed with Abby's Lane! Stephanie was very quick to respond to an issue with my order (I accidently ordered twice) and fixed the problem. The diapers shipped the same day and arrived the next mail day! That was incredible because it shipped from VA and I live in WA. Will surely be buying from them again. =)

I love Abby's Lane! I rarely order from any other diapering stores/sites since I first ordered from them. My orders always ship VERY quickly (usually the same day) and I like that they offer reward points.

Abby's Lane is the only online retailer I will order form anymore. I have received nothing but excellent service. Any issues, I email and can expect a response within a day or two, but usually less. I've even been able to contact them with general questions about cloth diapering and received help above and beyond most manufacturers have given me. All orders I've placed have been shipping the same day, or the following business day. And the free shipping just makes everything sweeter!

Abby's Lane was recommended to me by a friend with incredibly great remarks. I have had nothing but the same success and ease as she did when buying from Abby's Lane. Stephanie is available to answer questions via email and is very timely in shipping your items. Overall, a great experience!

I have loved Abby's Lane since I started cloth diapering for their free (very fast!) shipping and helpful advice. But their amazing customer service beats it all. Last time I ordered, I made an error typing my address and my diapers were lost in the mail. Stephanie spent days calling the post office and, when the package was finally returned to them, sent it back to me for free, and I had it the next day. Abby's Lane will always have my business!

I have reviewed Abby's Lane before, but it had been over a year and know a lot of people want recent reviews, so...
I still love this store! Their prices are comparable to other shops, and shipping is always free on most items (I think detergent is an exception, unless you buy 3 or more bags). They have the best customer service...I mean, there is no reason for them to provide me diaper rash assistance, but they did. If they sell an item I want, I buy it here, even if it costs a little extra.

I love Abby's Lane! I'm so lucky I live close and I can go in there...the ladies are all super nice and I loved watching all the little fluffy bums crawling around...it was really a fun environment. I already bought a few things and I'm not due until Sept! I'm going to get my GroVia package from them soon.
The awesome thing is you get 5% off your purchase when you have an account; and you get Abby's Lane Dollars credited to your account for everything you get!
It's really fun to be able to ask moms that know the stuff because they use it! I'm a first time mom, and although my mom CDed, she did all the old-school stuff...the lovely dip/swish/flush...the pins...the plastic pants...so I couldn't ask her about all these awesome newer systems.

In preparing for our impending arrival, I've been building a stash of cloth diapers and associated products. While I've purchased from a few different places, Abby's Lane cannot be beat. Their free shipping, quick delivery and A+ customer service are incomparable. I chose to do my registry with them and it's been great.

I love Abby's Lane! Best customer service, knowledgable owner and employees, FREE shipping, and 5% off every order for e-mail newsletter subscribers. Their shipping is not only free, but super fast! I have gotten orders the very next day after ordering. My favorite diaper shop, for sure!

I love Abby's Lane, this is the only place I order from now because they have just about every popular brand of cloth diapers and they offer free (and fast) shipping. I've ordered from m 3 times so far and have never had an issue, but should one arise in the future, I've heard they have awesome customer service.

I absolutely LOVE the Abby's Lane diaper store! She ALWAYS responds in a timely manner to emails, holds GREAT giveaways, has a very informative blog for anyone wanting to learn about cloth diapers (and more), and has FREE SHIPPING! How can you beat that!?!

I think Abby's Lane is an awesome retailer. They have great customer service, free (and fast!) shipping, and they are really pleasant to work with! They also have a lot of very generous giveaways on their blog! I would definitely recommend them to others!

Abby's Lane is pretty much the only retailer I buy from these days. They have a wide selection, good prices, and excellent customer service. Shipping is free to the US and it is very fast.
Also, they have a customer rewards program where you earn points for every dollar you spend. The points are then cashed in for store credit. I just cashed mine in for $20 in credit!
I would highly recommend Abby's Lane to any cloth diapering mama.
