I have been thoroughly impressed with the selection, prices, and customer service at Nicki's Diapers over several orders. I'm in the process of building a stash for my baby who is due soon, and I have appreciated the fast shipping and generous return/exchange policy while I figure out what is going to work for our family. They respond to questions quickly and are always gracious and warm. I will continue shopping here for a long time!

Over the last few years I have purchased different items from Nicki's Diapers and have always been happy with my purchases. The prices are always good...the return policy is great...and I love that they ship larger orders and ALL diaper covers free! It's so nice to have a place where you can order one single diaper cover...to try out and not have to pay an arm and a leg to have it shipped! Any time I invest money on diapers...I always comparison shop...which always leads me back to Nicki's Diapers!

I really like this store! Great products at great prices. Also customer service was awesome. Right before my order was shipped customer service contacted me telling me that one of my items were out of stock and informed me of my options. Right after I emailed off my decision, I recived an automatic email saying my order was shipped! I knew they said it would be shipped that day but wow! that was lightening fast! I got my order in two day which just blew me away! Everything got to me in perfect condition! I really enjoyed shopping at this online and and I'm looking for to shopping there more in the future!

The thing I like about this company, among several, is that they have excellent customer service. I ask a lot of questions before ordering products online so that I can feel confident that I've ordered what I think will be best for me or my family, and Nicki's Diapers has always been at the top of their game to get back to me. I've seriously had online company's all but ignore requests or e-mails requesting info in the past. I like the wide range of products tht Nicki's Diapers carries, and that diaper covers come with free shipping...always... :). I also like that they get their products out faster than just about any online company I've ever delt with. I just don't have anything bad to say about them.

I have ordered from Nicki's at least 6 times since beginning my cloth diapering stash. I have always found the prices to be very competitive, often the lowest, and with free shipping on covers and pocket diapers, generally the best value I can find online. I have found that there is generally a full day order processing time before my items are shipped, but overall it is still a very reasonable time to receive my items.
My last order was the first time I ever had an issue despite many orders. I received the wrong size diaper cover from what I had ordered. I sent an email over the weekend (when the store clearly indicates it is closed) and received a response promptly on Monday morning. The proper size cover was sent along with a postage paid envelope for me to return the incorrect cover. I was very pleased with the customer service and the prompt reply. I will happily continue to be a Nicki's customer!

I have purchased from Nickie’s Diapers twice now. She has the best prices and the best shipping prices of anyone on the net. Lots of diaper sellers say free shipping but their products are more expensive. Or the places with good prices have outrageous shipping costs. Nickie’s beats all companies in both areas. Her selection is amazing and always has tons of items in stock. I am sold and will return to her for all our families diapering needs. I have got good service from other places but never prices this good and service this good together. NICKIE’S IS THE BEST!

Nicki's Diapers is HANDS DOWN my favorite diaper seller. Their prices are fabulous and the free shipping on most items is a steal. Their selection is huge, and it's great to read product reviews and have so many of those products be offered by a single retailer. I love that they list their inventory on the site (# left in stock) so I know that they keep that up to date and have never had a mis-order like I've had with other sellers. Another reviewer mentioned an inventory sticker--the items do come with a sticker with a bar code and item information, but I have never had a problem with sticker adhesive residue, and in fact it's really a good thing because there are zero mistakes about wrong items/sizes/etc. since it's all right there. The customer service is FABULOUS and they respond really quickly to any communication. I had a manufacturing defect and contacted them. They said that the company processed their own defects and gave me that information. I sent the cover back to the company and when I didn't hear for a while, I emailed Nicki's back and they offered to follow up for me and the whole thing was easily resolved. Nicki's is just very friendly with great prices, great selection, and great service. It just doesn't get better than that! I also purchased through myswimbaby and clothdiaperclearance with the same great service.

Got a diaper cover as a gift from the store. There was an issue with one of the snaps on the cover. I notified nicki's to the issue, I DID get a quick response to the email. First the email admitted that Nicki's assumed that the manufacturing company does quality checks so they didn't look at it (I would expect any company to do a simple LOOK at the item before shipping--this was an obvious mistake). Instead of having it sent back to the store I was referred to the manufacturer to deal with...and then had to deal with the paper work and things with them. I guess I felt since Nicki's sent me the item that was faulty that THEY should have to deal with the paperwork and stuff to have a new one sent to me. I felt like I just got passed off, if I wanted to deal with the company I would have cut out the middle man.
It was a shame to because I had heard so many wonderful things of the store. But this experience led me to make my big purchases with another store. I may give Nicki's a try again some day if a great deal was going on.

We are sorry for your experience. All manufacturers do their own quality checking as well as we do look over the items as we pack them - unfortunately defects do occur and might not get caught. Many manufacturers prefer to handle defects themselves so they are aware of problems that occur, we follow whatever procedure each manufacturer suggests. We will work directly with the manufacturer if this is the preference of the customer and in either case we always back up our customers if there are ever any problems with manufacturers.

I just wanted to mention again that I have been surfing the internet for days researching cloth diapering and Nicki's Diapers' web site is by far the most comprehensive, easiest to read and navigate and fun to browse, even among the actual diaper ""company"" sites like Bumkins, Thirsties, etc. Thanks for doing a great job! I am very excited to have a local Wisconsin source for my cloth diapering needs.

I love Nicki's - she is my go-to store for anything I think I might need (and some things I don't really need but want anyway!). I've bought everything from One-size diapers to wet bags to nursing pads, and will buy more from her in the future.

I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service of Nicki's Diapers! I made my first purchase last month with them when I bought 12 BG's. I loved them so much that about 2 weeks later I ordered 12 more BG's. I also saw after I bought the next 12 that they had really nice wet bags (planet wise) and I just had to make another order. I have had many questions that Ive emailed them with and they have always send me a quick reply! I feel like a very valuable customer and would definetely to business again! I can say that I knew nothing about cloth diapers before contacting Nicki's Diapers. They helped explain everything so easily. Now, having used cloth on both of my children, we have gotten other environmentally friendly products from her site, such as our swim diapers, stainless steal sippies and canteens for me and my husband, and chemical free bibs. We've made the treck to her store and it is a bit overwhelming, because there are SO many great products. That is a good thing though. I have had to return a swim diaper, because it was the wrong size, and it wasn't a problem at all. This is the only place I go for our diaper and environmentally conscious children/adult products.

I am so impressed with Nicki's Diapers. I've purchased Staccinatot So Simple covers in a variety of colors at a great price and also an Aristocrat wool cover which was the lowest retail price I could find online. Great lower prices plus no shipping on the covers, shipments are prompt--who can beat that? Also add that Nicki is so patient and helpful. Why would a momma shop anywhere else? I highly recommend doing business with Nicki.

I have shopped from a few cloth diaper stores online. My last orders have all been from Nicki's. I always get my order fasts (Last one shipped same day & I did get a tracking info). I have only returned one thing and went smooth as well. I called once for sizing info and should apologize to the person I spoke with on the phone, as Adam (2 months) was demanding he be heard as well. Thanks for putting up with us :) and helping me.

Her prices are nice, she has a good selection but I was left feeling as if I wasn't valued as a customer. The last order I placed; I didn't get a shipping email. So after more than a week I emailed asking for a copy to be sent to me again in order to track the package. I got no response at all. A couple days later my package arrived with the postmark from being mailed as the day after I sent the unanswered email. This would have been ok had I at least gotten an acknowledgement to my previous email. Getting busy, forgetting, making an honest mistake happens to all of us. Communication goes a long way in avoiding losing a customer.

Would have given them a 0 if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. After placing a nearly $200 order they sent the wrong color baby carrier. They refused to even admit their mistake and expected me to pay to ship it back as well as pay for the correct one to be mailed back. The only reason I ordered from them was for the free shipping.
Also, every single item that arrived had a sticker stuck on it. These stickers with their price and sku numbers were stuck right on the diapers, doublers, and inserts. They were stuck on velour, microfiber, and fleece! I tried removing a few of them and it left marks and sticky glue on everything.
I have sent everything back and will never order from them again.

I had initially ordered two diapers, a Happy heiney one size and a whamies one size. I got an email following my order saying they were out of the color that I had ordered in the whamies diaper. I was really upset because that was the only color that I wanted. BUT... I asked for a refund and Nicki refunded me without ANY problems and she was VERY nice and understanding!! I will shop there again no doubt!

I ordered two Bumwear pocket diapers from Nickisdiapers and the prices were great. The shipping was fast too. The only reason I cannot give a 5 is because there was no communication between myself and the seller and that always makes me a little nervous. I am happy with the results of my transaction and would buy from Nickisdiapers again.

I actually have not yet received my order, although the tracking information tells me it will be here much faster than I had expected from free shipping.
I wanted to commend Nicki's Diapers for their customer service. I emailed them asking about the status of my order and received a respond 20 minutes later. I have never gotten a reply to quickly. If that's any indication of how they run their business, I won't be ordering my cloth diapering supplies from anywhere else.

I've also used their sister site, My Swim Baby. Great customer service along with a great product. When what I ordered was not in stock, they personally CALLED ME on the phone to get something I wanted. What companies call people on the phone to expedite service? Great all around service.

All of my cloth diapers and accessories have come from Nickis Diapers. The customer service is wonderful, prices can't be beat, and free shipping on so many items! They also ship things in a timely manner; I'm not stuck waiting for the mail to come in. I recommend them to everyone.

A few days ago I left a negative review because Nicki's had not received a return package I had sent to them with a P.O. confirmation number (but no required signature) and they said they didn't have it. Because I hadn't paid to require a signature, I felt I was out of luck even though the P.O. said they had delivered it - and the email from Nicki's didn't offer any further resolution. I am updating because today they offered to contact the P.O. near them and refund the full amount - more than I actually think is good service, I would have taken 1/2 off since I didn't pay for a more precise tracking option. This is above and beyond customer service, and hopefully this will clear the negative review I left.

I cannot say enough about Nicki's Diapers - I have been ordering from them at least once a week fr the past month! I use pockets and they have free shipping on them right now, and its AWESOME! It's so nice to just order a pocket here, a pocket there, instead of having to save up and make one big order to save on shipping.
And their shipping is SO fast! I will be a loyal customer as long as I am cloth diapering, that's for sure!!!

Nicki's Diapers was great - they came in $10 cheaper when I ordered my last 2 diaper covers because they offer free shipping on lots of items. The customer service is great & the delivery time was fast, too.
I'd highly recommend these guys & I wish I lived close enough to visit their store front in person!
