A friend and I went together on an order from this company. We were purchasing items from the clearance section. When the order arrived (very quick shipping) we found that while my half of the order was correct, the wrong items had been shipped for my friend. (She had ordered covers and received pockets.)
After contacting the store's customer service rep (quick reply), we were left very unsatisfied. Because the items my friend had picked out were clearance items, the store had sold out of them by the time we received our order and notified them of the error. That was disappointing, but understandable.
HOWEVER, the store was unwilling to take responsibility for the incorrect items that were shipped. They would not take them back for a refund or exchange them for comparable products, even though it was the company's picking and shipping error, not the customer's ordering error.
We will not be ordering from them again as I cannot be assured that my order will be correct or corrected if sent in error.

I am the owner of Diaperco and take great pride in my customer service. I have had no one contact me about receiving incorrect items in their order that I did not rectify. Even if it was a clearance item I would still give a refund if I had shipped something incorrectly. Who ever this person is I would urge them to identify themselves or contact me directly because I beleive they are in error of which store they are giving a negative review.

Fabulous delivery time. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and had it by Monday mid-day (shipped Priority mail).
