Not a very good experience. I placed an order for BumGenius Elementals. Two days later I received an email from the seller saying she did not have one color I chose in stock at that point of time and she would ship my order when she receives the colors. Fair enough, I did not have any problem with that.

But two days later my order was shipped and when I received my mail I see that she just substituted the color with another one without giving me any option. I really dont like the hassle of returning items so just kept it. But I would have appreciated if at least I would have been given an option if I wanted any other color.

An extra point for the fast delivery time though, still I would not prefer buying from them again.

I ordered fitted kissaluvs size 0s from Thanks Mama on a Sunday. The next day, my baby arrived and the kissaluvs arrived at my home before we got back from the hospital! Great delivery timing, great communication, kissaluvs arrived just as expected. We prepped them according to the instructions and have been using them with no leaks, no problems.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for nearly $100. I wanted to return 2 items, valued at a total of $23 (for both.) They wanted to take $10 out of my refund after I sent them back, even though my order would have qualified for free shipping WITHOUT the returned items. I did not see any reason I had to pay to ship them back myself as well as pay them an additional $10 - the total cost of what it cost to ship all my items (I had 10 items in my order and wanted to return 2.) The cost of the 2 items and returning it back, sure, but $10? No way. I went back and forth with a CS rep and got no help or apology. Ridiculous. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

I received an email three and a half days after placing an order that said they were actually out of stock on one of the items I had ordered and paid for. They informed me that they had decided to hold up my entire order until sometime the following week. They never asked if I wanted to wait and this email conveniently arrived late on a Friday so there was no way to change anything until the following Monday, nearly a week after the order was placed.

In the meantime I'm out the money for the entire order and I have to go buy more pull ups. The part of my order that was in stock was the reusable pull up. They never shipped or even offered to ship it out ahead of the out of stock item.

They were polite about the whole thing in their email (why I gave them a rating of 2 and not 1) but I'll never, ever buy from them again. There is no reason why it would take several days for them to figure out something was out of stock and they should give the customer the option of canceling the order rather than simply informing the customer that they will have to wait an additional week for items that are paid for.
