I have had great service with this company, and am always interested in the new products they'll find that are great for moms and babies (often before I've seen or heard of them anywhere else). I've shopped with them several times, and it is a plus that they are local for me!

Wonderful and fast customer service. I have shopped with Punkin Butt for 7 years now and all of my babies have been very well cared for by the moms at Punkin Butt. I was inspired to finally write a review when I was amazed at the effectiveness of the Punkin Butt Teething Oil I purchased from them. I was desperate to find relief for my poor son and was at the store trying to figure out what to buy for him that would be strong but safe. I heard two women mention Punkin Butt and they were talking about the Teething Oil. They loved it so much, it convinced me to call them up and get some right away. They sent it the same day Priority and I received it the next day. I put it on my son immediately and he calmed down right before my eyes! I would pay $20 a bottle for this, but they only charge $4.95. I have been using the same bottle for 3 months and I need to get more. I am too happy for words!

They are extremely helpful and willing to answer questions and work with you. I like the product selection of diapers and all the extras too. I also appreciate the natural products that are offered.

I purchased most of my newborn stash at Punkin Butt, and found their products and service to be exceptional. I found when I received my order that they had accidentally sent one more Bummis cover than I had requested. I contacted them about the error, and they thanked me for being honest and offered to let me keep the cover free of charge. I really appreciated not having to bother with sending it back, and once my baby arrived I was glad to have the extra cover!
I found the cloth diapering articles on their website to be quite helpful, especially when we were making the decision about cloth vs. disposables.
