I am Jack Be Natural's top fan. I cannot prove it yet, but I will. They are always shipping free and quick. Reaaallly quick!! Oh, and they offer rewards that you don't have to wait forever to us. Their packaging is cute and personal--with samples and handwritten notes. They are always willing to help and answer questions. I recently ordered some baby food and the expiration date was within two days; they offered to refund the amount. Good customer service is key to a good business!

I can't say enough amazing things about Jack Be Natural. First they always have what I need and their prices are perfect for my budget. Their costumer service goes above and beyond what anyone would expect. I even had the privilege to pick up one of my many orders at their home. They are that wonderful. Don't know any other company who does that. When I decided to start cloth diapering Cody my youngest I was really worried that it would be too much for me to take on. I am already a busy mom of three boys and one of my little men is Autistic and I really couldn't have anything else added to my already busy life. Well Jack Be Natural and Ms. Stacey make it so easy for me to not only get my cloth diapers, but anything all natural I need for my 3 boys. I have contacted her on a Friday night regarding a question or advise on a product and she replied that same night. Not only does Jack Be Natural want to educate and inform you about their products, but they really want to help you. This is not a company, this is a family. And they truly welcome you into their family. They have a wonderful group a special mommies on their Facebook page to help other mommies out with their journey of motherhood and cloth diaoers. Plus Jack Be Natural ships FREE and they ship FAST. And with evey order you get an adorable Jack Napsack and a sample of one of their products. If it wasn't for Jack Be Natural and Ms. Stacy I would not be able to cloth diaper and give my boys all natural products like laundry detergent and lotions. Jack Be Natural is truly one in a million. A must for any family looking to cloth diaper and/ or use all natural products.

I love Jack be Natural! The ship SO fast and I love that it's free even if I just order one thing. They also include samples with the orders, like a little packet of detergent or sunscreen. So that's exciting too :P I have had nothing but excellent experiences and customer service from JBN.

I am SO impressed with JBN. Excellent products, incredible and personal customer service and quick, FREE shipping! What more could you want? When I received my first order from JBN, it came with a hand-written thank you note from Stacy, a free ""Jack's Napsack"", free packet of Forget-Me-Not seeds, and a little note that told me how much money I received in ""Jack Cash"" from my order..how fun! This just showed me that John and Stacy love their customers and love their business. I have had such a wonderful experience with JBN and am now a repeat customer and will continue to purchase from them. I would recommend them to anyone. JBN is the best!! :)

Jack Be Natural is the best online store I used for diapers, the shipping in the quickest when compared to major cloth diaper websites, communication and customer service and great and very personal. Rewards program is my favorite as well- there is no need to wait for points to accumulate- you can use your balance on the next purchase. Every package is prepared with lots of care and nice samples:)

Jack Be Natural has been my go-to for all things cloth diaper. About a year and a half ago, I became interested in ""looking"" at cloth diapering. I didn't want to take on too much cost or work as I was pregnant with my first child. Staci brought me into her shop, let me see all of the products available to me, and answered my numerous questions. They have been great to work with and are still answering my questions. I email them and its answered within the day. They are top-notch with customer service, products, and I would recommend anyone to go to them for their cloth diaper needs.

They do ship quick! My first order was a small one, so I was so surprised when I got a detergent sample and a special surprise for me! Jack Be Natural has THE best customer service too! I recommend this website to everyone :-)

My favourite retailer hands down. Fast, free shipping, Jack's Cash Back, they have a program set up to donate to charity called Jack Gives Back...every purchase comes with freebies, a beautiful reusable Jack's Napsack (I keep all my CJs samples in mine)...handwritten notes with every order, great communication, fantastic customer service.
To top it all off, they have EVERYTHING in their store that I use regularly, minus one brand...I let them know that, and TA DA...they decide to carry that brand.
I can't imagine a better retailer than that!

I just love when I chance upon a small store with great products, excellent turnaround, free shipping, and seemingly fantastic owners. I was overjoyed to receive my single diaper wrapped in tissue and tied with a bow and thank you card, along with 2 detergent samples, and a couple of imse vimse liners packed in to boot. And all for a single ten dollar purchase.

I can't say enough good things about Jack Be Natural! They have a great selection of products and are always adding new items at customer request. I have never seen customer service as GREAT as theirs! For us locals, Stacy actually HAND DELIEVERS all orders! You always get some sort of freebie (detergent samples...)with your order as well has a personal handwritten card from Stacy. Stacy has a good knowledge of cloth diapering and is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. She also takes time out of her day to do personal Jack Be Natural videos to show current cloth diapering mama's and those who aer thinking about cloth diapering how to do different things that have to do with cloth diapering. I can't comment on the return policy as I have never once needed to return anything. With their customer service though I'm positive it would be great too! I always tell everyone I know about Jack Be Natural. I won't shop anywhere else!
Oh, did I mention the AWESOME cash back rewards program they have? Couldn't ask for a better deal!!

I love Jack Be Natural too! Since I was new to cloth diapering, Stacy helped me figure out what products would be best for me and my baby. They clearly value their customers in so many ways like working with you to get the items you want even if not in stock, samples with each purchase, quick delivery, the rewards program, and great communication about your purchases. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a cloth diaper retailer!

Jack Be Natural is the epitame of what customer service should be. They guided me through the process of selecting the perfect diaper and were able to fulfill my order promptly and accurately. When I asked questions about items outside their scope of service they were able to quickly direct me to the right retailers.
