I have been consistently impressed with how fast the service is at The Diaper Wagon. And Anne, the owner, is always near her computer, and happy to answer any questions you have about products. She TRULY loves cloth diapering, and will talk with you about any questions or issues you are having, even if they relate to products you didn't buy from her or that she doesn't sell. She is happy to help you in any way she cans. Top notch customer service! And the site offers free shipping on any order in the U.S.!

Super fast and free shipping! Excellent response time after I placed my order. I ordered on a Sunday and got an immediate confirmation. I also got a notice that it would ship on Monday and then got a notice with a tracking number when it shipped! I will definitely be ordering from The Diaper Wagon again! Thanks!
