I heart HBC! The website is so helpful and full of info. My e-mails were answered quickly and better yet my package was shipped super fast. I will definitely order from them again!

Though I have known Adam and Lilli personally for quite a few years being a customer of theirs is amazing all on its own! Not only do they carry quite a selection for cloth diapers and accessories, their customer service goes ABOVE and BEYOND! They give ever customer their FULL attention when helping them with any issue/questions. They will get they answers in a time that seems almost unreal. The prices are reasonable and they are always having deals and giveaways to keep it fun =) They are exquisite human-beings and I am HONORED to know them. They are the ONLY cloth and cloth accessory store that I have ever patronized and that will always remain true for all my baby needs in the future. You will NEVER be dis-satisfied when shopping at HAPPY BABY COMPANY!

We love the Happy Baby Company! Their service at the store and online is fantastic. They taught us how to use cloth diapers and I refer all of my friends there to help them get started. We're lucky to have them in Pittsburgh. They always have great sales and get your order to you so fast. I usually find the order in my mailbox the very next day. Adam and Lilli are willing to help and answer questions at the store, over the phone or by email.

I LOVE Happy Baby Company--I met Lilli and Adam when they were working out of their home and was so excited when they opened a storefront not far from me. They are helpful, informed and absolutely dedicated to fantastic customer service. The store is bright, clean and child-friendly and Lilli is never too busy to answer a question or just chat. You cannot get better quality and service than this company.

I've wasted countless hours of Lilli's time (and just a few of Adams) when we embarked on the brave new world of cloth diapering. Nearly two 1/2 years later, as we potty train our youngest, they're STILL there with products, advice and support. You won't find better prices, selection, or education than HBC. As parents of 4 kids, they've experienced much of the trials and tribulations we all face, and do it with empathy and humor. So just do yourself a favor and shop there, and never worry you paid to much, missed out on a product or could have done better elsewhere.

Happy Baby Company is #1 of the top three places I order from. You can't beat free shipping, and prices that aren't inflated to compensate for it!! Plus, I often get my shipping confirmation on the same day as the order. I got lucky enough to convince my husband to take me to their brick and mortar store over mother's day weekend, and the owners (and their four adorable children) were all there. These are the nicest, most informative, and generous independent business people you will ever meet. Every person that stopped in that day got a five dollar discount and a reusable logo tote---and how ever much time they needed to get all their questions answered, even though the place was swarming! Bonus--there is a playroom on site for kiddies! Love it. Love it. Love it. Oh, and the selection rules!

Great website! I live within an hour of HBC but have yet to check out the store, but I look forward to doing so. My items have always arrived in great shape and very quickly! My questions have always been answered promptly. Great bulk discounts, and you've gotta love a store that offers free shipping on every order, not just those over $75.

When I was pregnant and very interested in cloth diapering, I attended a free cloth diaper orienation at HBC. Lilli and Adam are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I started my newborn in Thirsties Duo wraps and by about 4 months, had him in Fuzzibunz Perfect Size dipes. I have been extremely satisfied with the products and customer service. I continue to send friends there! And I LOVE having a CD store in Pittsburgh!

HBC is the BEST! Absolutely fantastic customer service - they even know you by name! They have super fast and free shipping, are helpful with troubleshooting/questions, and they get back to you right away. Wonderful!

I couldn't be happier with HBC. I've place several orders and everything arrives quickly and in perfect condition. The customer service is awesome - always willing to answer questions. And they are always running sales. I've referred all my friends to HBC

I have shopped at a couple places in the beginning of cloth diapering, but once I stumbled upon Happy Baby Company I NEVER shopped anywhere else! They have an amazing selection, quickest shipping, a store in Pittsburgh (so coool!), and most importantly: the BEST customer service! They are very fair and answer questions quickly on their facebook page. I could not say enough good things about HBC. I will actually wait for a product to come in to HBC before I will shop at another place. You will be hard pressed to find better prices AND free shipping anywhere else! LOVE HBC!!

I recently contacted Lilli regarding a diaper that was damaged (not their fault!) in shipping. She was exceedingly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Thank you for your excellent customer service! I will definitely be back!
