Amy provides great customer service and honest opinions on her products. We have only had the chance to shop in her store once but I was very impressed. And I'm definitely looking forward to checking out the new store next time I'm in the Niagara region. She also offers GREAT giveaways so be sure to join her facebook fan page. ;)

I found Peekaboo Bottoms while searching for a couple of hard to find products. The product line at the is store is fantastic and I was able to purchase everything on my list at one store, which I loved. I received immediate confirmation and a confirmation of shipping a day later. My package arrived with a liquid item leaking over some of the diapers in shipment. After a few emails, Amy did go above and beyond what was expected and did more than just replace the products. She is very patient and responds very quickly to emails. Thanks, Amy, for great customer service! I intend to shop here again very soon.

I was SO excited to find a retailer in the niagara region for cloth diapers. I am a lot more confident to purchase cloth diapers now that I have seen and touched them in person. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the selection is amazing! I'm only 6 months pregnant, but I can't wait to try all kinds of products on my soon to be baby boy!!! I have already registered for a few items...here's hoping that my friends and family will purchase stuff from PeekabooBottoms!! :)

I love shopping at Peekaboo Bottoms. As soon as my order is placed I receive a confirmation email within minutes. Amy then follows up with a personal email and ships out my order in no time at all. Its nice to be able to shop online with that personal touch added. You don't just deal with a computer, you deal with an individual who knows her products and how to provide excellent customer service.

I am a big fan of online shopping and Amy's site is super easy to navigate, very descriptive, and product photos are accurate to the actual product. Product selection is excellent with a wide variety of different products. Lots of good info on the site as well. My only critique would be some of her products are a little bit pricier than other sites and no free shipping. That being said, I would definitely purchase from Peekaboo Bottoms again.

I spent a long time checking out places to buy diapers before I found Amy's store, I've since bought from her three times, and all three have been wonderful experiences! Amy is patient, and just very sweet I can't think of anything more I could ask from her!

We have been shopping here since just before our son was born. We decided to go with cloth diapers and natural skin care for him, and Peekaboo Bottoms made figuring it all out very easy. Amy and her staff give exceptional customer service, and know their products. We often shop online (which is very easy to shop with accurate product images) but it is also great to go in to the store. When you go in, there is SO much fun stuff to look at but it's organized well and also made very easy to shop. We would recommend this store to anyone (and we do!).

Peekaboo Bottoms was the retailer I chose after much careful consideration of other cloth diaper and natural parenting product retailers and I have to say, it was the PERFECT choice. Amy is patient, and extremely knowlegeable. She is honest, understanding and accomodating. The prices are quite reasonable as are the shipping rates.
