I just love everything about this store. The product selection, the customer service, the community services (classes, weigh room), etc. I have a super old Medela pump and they helped me get it up and running by contacting Medela for me to get parts not on the market anymore. They even let Medela know that it was hard for me to get to the store because of my health, and had Medela mail the parts directly to me. Every city should have a store like this. It is an amazing resource for moms!

Babies in Bloom is hands down my favorite store for anything baby! They carry everything and it is all of the best quality. Not to mention classy, sassy and adorable. Their merchandise ranges from cloth diapers, to belly kits, to plan toys, to medela everything and the list just goes on and on. Their awesome new store front allows them to carry more product, give nursing moms a cozy place to feed and even a room that hosts classes( from Bradley classes, to mommy and me yoga to baby sign and story time). They are always getting new things in - just recently the all in one/ one size fuzzi bunz and the beaba babycook( a must have for moms who want to make their own baby food - i even made salsa with it the other night).I also love their selection of cloth diapers - since I know what I want and they carry it. Why buy online when you can get them right away without shipping costs? And their $20 back for every $200 spent is great. The customer service has always been above par. I love that the owner is there very often and is open for advice and support and even suggestions with the store or merch. I just love the feeling of it - it's the upscale friendly neighborhood store and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have a love-hate relationship with this store! I love that they have things that are otherwise hard-to-find -- definitely not at Babies R Us! I can get all the parts for my Medela pump here, they have a good selection of nursing bras, tanks, pads, etc., they have beautiful toys and layette items, and they have quite a variety of baby carriers and cloth diapering goodies. It's great for when I need something right away or if I want to hold a new type or size in my hand before I commit to buying a dozen online. And the stamp card is a great deal: when you spend $200 at the store, you get a $20 gift card. But the customer service is . . . well . . . so-so. Sure, the owner or salesladies will greet you when you walk in the door, and they're friendly enough, but I always have to initiate interactions if I have a question or if I need something. I feel like I really have to pry information out of them. Once I called to ask if they could order something for me, and how long it would take, and I didn't get a call back for weeks -- only to hear that what I'd requested was ready for me to pick up! Of course, by that time, I'd already made other arrangements! They also don't have a great selection of cloth diapers, and I prefer to buy online, where I can find more colors and package deals.
