I ordered my first stash of cloth diapers from Laura. She was so helpful. I ordered 12 HH's last summer for my newest addition that was arriving at the end of december. I never got to use them until he was about 2 and a half months old as he was a small baby. Thats when I noticed that one of the HH's had a defect in it...the fleece was caught underneath the snap and couldnt be pulled out. I emailed Laura to see if there was anything that could be done (but I didnt expect anything as it was 7 months since I bought them) I was pleasantly surprised when she emailed back saying that she would send me a new one! Now thats awesome customer service! I would highly recommend anyone to buy cloth diapers off of her. She is amazing!

This was one of the first times that I had bought diapers and diaper related items online. Laura was so helpful and helped me choose a new diapering system for my son which is working very well. She was quick to respond to e-mails and very patient. She is the only person that I recommend to all my friends and I will be back in the future!
